This is something that very few Texas BBQ joints have. 90% of them have ranch style beans.
OK, the green pepper transforms them into genuine silent but deadly squeaker pooter beans, it just slips out nothing you can do. You are now a semi pro crop duster.😂😂😂
🤣🤣
Thomasons Barbque here in Henderson, KY sell thousands of pounds of their bq baked beans. I always get several pounds for any large meal I attend. It has pork, some mutton and it’s always delicious.
Sounds good!
Thanks for showing people this old school dish,
Thanks for watching!

As a previous Traeger+ user, I made the switch to Asmoke and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Asmoke's Essential pellet grill has changed the BBQ game for me. I love the convenience of the digital controller, which allows for precise temperature control, making my grilling process so much easier and consistent. I'm also a big fan of the ASCA™ technology and FlameTech patent, which ensures better cooking results and a more efficient cooking process, not to mention the ease of cleaning. I also appreciate that Asmoke is battery-powered and portable, making it perfect for my frequent road trips. I've found that the smoky flavor enhanced by the wood pellets is unmatched by any other grills I've used before. Switching to Asmoke has truly elevated my BBQ experience. #Asmoke
Excellent!!
Thanks!

I've done some with brisket as well! czcams.com/video/ZQFEjf_y8Fo/video.html

I like to cut open bratwurst and cook it like ground meat and put that in the beans with diced up bell peppers and jalapeño .. black pepper and a squirt of mustard..
Sounds delicious!
Dam I could feel the diabetus growing inside just watching this 😂 looked good though
Haha brown sugar is the key to some good baked beans, in my opinion. Can always use less or substitute.
Never thought of ground beef, going to have to try your way...Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoy.
Making these today, substituted leftover pulled pork for the ground beef.
Hope you enjoy!
Awesome job and recipe Heath! I’ll definitely give these a try! I’ll need to hit your website and score your glaze and your sauce!
Awesome! Hope you enjoy. Let us know what you think.
I like bacon or sausage in place of beef but they look good! I cook them quite often.
Can't go wrong with bacon!
Delicious.

Looks awesome. I've never tried the hamburger. I've always fried up a pound of bacon and and added it(crumbled up of course) and the grease to my beans. The rest of your recipe is very similar to my own recipe.. I'm going to give yours a try though 😃
Hope you enjoy! Let us know what you think.
That ain't no 'side dish' , that's a main course for me!
Make it the main course!
👍👍😋🍺
The sugar addiction in the US is mind-blowing! 🤯
Can always use less or none at all. No "sugar addiction"
By the way your competition ribs is out of this world the only thing I used your brown sugar honey habanero because I didn't have the apple habanero
Love to hear it!
I do something similar to this. But I use maple breakfast sausage, pulled pork and apple pie filling. The best
Sounds good!
Hey Heath add a can of Rotel after draining the juice and then it will take this recipe over the top.
Does sound good!
Hello love this way to do beans. Can you cook this in a crockpot? Would you change anything?
You can absolutely do this in a crockpot! The overall cook time will change. Would probably cook a lot quicker in a crockpot, but you can let them simmer for hours on low.
how would I do these on a Weber Kettle?
Definitetly indirect. Just run the kettle at 250.
Indirect, similar temp, stir often
Hamburger please real bbq men use brisket
Was meant to be a simple, old school recipe inspired by my grandmother. Can use whatever meat you prefer.
