I do not primarily watch ASMR videos for sleeping but to calm down. I suffer from a specific anxiety disorder and this usually results in a lot of stress which eventually also leads to some migraine issues and of course very annoying nervousness... But watching or listening ASMR content helps a lot, it calms you down, lowers heartrate and also is relaxing when you have a headache. My favourite sounds are writing on paper with a pen. Usually I prefer female voices because they are less vibrant, but you somehow make it work aswell, I think your voice is very calm and your accent is cool too. I am really not a fan of doctors or going to doctors because of my condition, but somehow I am okay with you :D (I know its RP but still I think this is a compliment) So thank you for your videos, I just wanted to share that for some reason.

Not only did this cure my asmr immunity, but it gave me the strongest tingles I’ve ever experienced! About 7 minutes into it my head literally rolled forward and almost slammed into my desk 😂 I’ll be getting great sleep tonight, thank you! ❤
I’ve watched this every night for nearly a fortnight and it’s simply wonderful to sleep to. I slow it down to 0.75 and stop it just before the end (when his voice gets louder), repeat it, and then I pretty much fall into a perfect sleep 🫶🏼🙏🏼💞

here's an idea for experiment, although I don't exactly know how to pull it off: use 2 cameras side by side(same model if possible) and combine both footages with... maybe 50% transparency?(again, my experience is nonexistent) I think this experiment would be useful especially for stereoscopic tests...
Could you make a playlist of videos that don’t need to be actually seen to enjoy them properly? Like all your ear exam videos and anything else that isn’t really an eye test because I find it much easier to fall asleep when I can focus on the actual sleeping part

I just felt the need to mention I love your videos and have been basically binging them for sleep the last few weeks However It came to my attention that even after all that time not a SINGLE one of your videos comes up under my recommended under the asmr category, I'm getting recommendations for channels I've never even touched before more often than yours. I don't know if there is someway you can alter and fix this. Cause I believe your channel is extremely underated. I can simply search and find your videos but newcomers are missing out on a really good experience. On that note, please also try adding tags in your descriptions. I.e: #asmr #srpasmr etc. Maybe that would help
"10:22 Otoscopy" and "14:14 Ophthalmoscopy" are the highest quality ASMR content I've come across in a while. Very remniscent of Master Dmitri (MassageASMR).
