Can't argue with the LNER locos, although I do like the silhouette of the original P2, even though the valve gear is a bit odd. Anything designed by Gresley or Peppercorn is fine by me! Did you consider any GWR locos? A King, a 28xx or a 42/52/72xx perhaps? Ot even a Bachmann 57/8750 Pannier? I've not got any Southern locos and only a few LMS types. Lots of GWR/WR, LNER/ER, early BR diesels & industrial locos though.
