- The plaintiff says she and the defendant have been friends for 20 years. The plaintiff allowed the defendant to live with him, but he never paid the rent he agreed to, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff stole from him, so if anyone is owed money, it’s him. The defendant is countersuing for a stolen dresser, blender, and transportation costs.

If you want to “order” a grown man to go out and do something, then be a grown woman about it, and go tell him YOURSELF! Don’t put your daughter in that awkward position!

Well you will note that he is an actively recovering addict and SHE , on the other hand, on that particular night, was roaring drunk and yelling and screaming! So I would say she is a bigger problem than he is!!!

Everything about this is weird. She offers him a free place to stay then changes her mind and charges him. He hits on her then she asks him to go on vacation? If I'm confused about what she wants and I'm sure he was confused. What do u want lady? To help your friend for free or to charge a roommate? You want him as a friend or date him?

I feel like she wanted him to want her. Not to date or anything. She wants to feel desired by him. It's weird to invite someone who assaulted you to the Poconos with your 9 year old daughter.
I think she probably genuinely wanted to help out a friend but didn’t know what she signed up for. My mom’s bipolar, she’s done something similar where she’s all for helping someone. Then when she’s in it, and things aren’t perfect, she starts acting annoyed as if it wasn’t HER idea!

Bruuuuh she wanted him!! And then she noticed he had other girls he was talking too (im sure she also did the same) yet she starts to feel some type of way, starts charging him and she most likely was sitting in her home, going back and forth, fighting her feelings, heart and mind over him, so when she finally saw it wasnt gonna be a happy ending for her (the way she pictured it) is when she started to charge him and act outta pocket with him smh lol 😅😅😅😂😂😂 something tells me thats what happened. 🎉

I could understand if 12 months had gone by and the guy was still jobless and not doing anything to help change his life. She's just playing the victim and want somebody to nurse her wounds.

I don't get how judge Milian was going off on him at the end. The girl said he could stay there rent free because she was "helping him" and then changed the agreement 12 days in trying to make him pay.. that's ridiculous. You can't change an agreement one-sided. She was lying about everything else too I wouldn't believe a word out of her mouth. You can just tell she's psychotic and unstable. I'm surprised she didn't try to make him pay for half of the Poconos trip even though he was barely there.

Fresh out of rehab and he goes and lives with someone who drinks. Not a good idea at all.
He lost his way but he is well spoken and looked presentable that could hold him in good stead. She probably spoke harshly to him, and he responded in kind.

It's clear that she likes him... I think what mightve happened was that she was trying to buy him in. Then she realized he was probably sleeping with other women. Once she realized he was sleeping with other women she got really defensive and reneged on the initial arrangement. So when she traveled down with him and her daughter she was probably heavily drinking to cope with that and other issues and she took it out on him. Then the pettiness happened.

The plaintiff is seen as deceitful and controlling, portraying herself as a victim because she is a woman. She comes across as someone who starts off by being kind, allowing someone to stay with her, but then changes her behavior when things do not go as she wants. I agree with the defendant's argument that she was a heavy drinker who attempted to take advantage of his situation, thinking she could abuse him. It is shocking that she resorted to involving the authorities to have him arrested, demonstrating the lengths a resentful person will go to destroy someone's life.. She lured him to the Poconos, which is a considerable distance from his home, with the intention of mistreating him and then abandoning him as a form of revenge. This woman's behavior is disturbing. 🤮🤮
Allowing a drug addict, fresh from the umpteenth time out of rehab, into your home, is easy excess to drugs. And waited for 12 days to say, NOW YOU ARE GOING TO PAY RENT! To a drug addict. Psh!

He doesn't owe her anything when she asked him to come stay there. She changed an agreement 2 weeks in. She then locked him out and kept using the police to try and scare him. I don't believe her. I dont believe she would bring him with her if he was causing her stress to a place to decompress.
