- Hi everyone, welcome to Abbey's Kitchen! In today’s episode of CZcamsr reviews, we’ll be taking a look at Tiffany Ma.
A few disclaimers:
1) The information in this video is for education and entertainment purposes only, so you should always speak to a health care provider about your unique health needs.
2) The recommendations for each individual meal I review is designed to give you a variety of ideas on how to optimize meals for balance, variety and satiety. Whether or not one individual meal or even one day is balanced or “healthy” does not matter in the grand scheme of ones health, especially if a person is eating in response to their physical and emotional needs. I give suggestions as examples and inspiration for you, but you can also gather this data for yourself over time by listening to your own body and figuring out what feels good.
2) Please be kind in the comments, here and on Tiffany's channel
3) TRIGGER WARNING: some graphics and discussions may be disturbing to some viewers so feel free to skip this video.

the fact that she knew she had “20 blueberries” really reminded me of when I used to log each individual blueberry into myfitnesspal...sad
It’s like counting almonds
@@Asshlaay1 if you’re trying to eat more and that helps you, sure! i just remember trying to cut down calories to the extent that i would only allow myself a certain about if blueberries rather than just grabbing a handful and sprinkling it on. for me, it was toxic to count them out, especially since calories in blueberries are so low to begin with so i would just go crazy over the smallest changes in calories.
Exactly!! I used to log in a peppermint for crying out loud. That was not healthy.
Wow i thought I was the only one who did that 😳
yeah i always logged each grape tomato glad other people were ridiculous
What is it with people with disordered eating doing What I Eat in a Day Videos?? This isn't healthy at all and at some level she has to know this.
Also they are literally promoting it I'm sure she is in denial. When I was anorexic I was pretty aware of it the whole time but didn't want to admit it. I also made my friends and family eat as much as they could when they were with me just so I knew that they were okay and not like me. I tried to give my friends confidence idk :/
True...i think my sis subs to her using my account and i see her thumbnails sometimes...she is skinny and i just thought oh maybe she's just have high metabolism and i never click on her videos...then her "what i eat to gain weight" video came out im like...okay this could be nice...i Clicked on it and she does not even focus on the food and she eats tooooo little...even lesser than what i eat to LOSE WEIGHT...her whole day of food is literally ONE normal person's lunch so im like yo this ain't right and is this the person my sister look up to? I was legit scared
As someone who struggles with binge eating and dieting, I am constantly thinking about food and what others eat. A lot of what I eat in a days are from disorder eaters because they are very careful and orderly about what they eat, whether it’s safe or not. People with care free diets don’t seem to really think about their food which is why you don’t see many normal what I eat in a days.
Agreed
As someone who has had past struggles with disordered eating, I think a lot of people who struggle with it may feel the need to prove something as it often happens to people with lower self-confidence, and since restrictive eating is about control, sometimes the disordered thoughts make you look for recognition or admiration for that level of control that you're holding yourself to. I don't in any way condone sharing videos like this that may cause harm to others, but I also think it's important to acknowledge that if someone is going through an eating disorder, their rational thoughts and morals are often overridden by the desires of their eating disorder
Oof. Was feeling nervous to eat pizza with friends for dinner, but this reminded me that pizza is FUN and restricting food is NOT.
✨ 🍕 ✨ Go on and have fun!
I hope your pizza is amazing!! 💕👌🏻
Good for you! Pizza is fun! I hope you have a great time with your friends xx
Yaaaasss!
That’s a big fear food for me too
just a tip for anyone who wants to "grow booty" - it takes strength training, time, sleep for recovery and CALORIES!!!
your body cannot grow without nutrition and sleep! no chance.
Thank you for sharing!
Can you say it louder for the people in the back 👏🏼
As someone that has had anorexia i really think this girl is kidding herself if she thinks this isn't discorded eating. I can actually hear the ED screaming in her head from here..... its really sad
*disordered
I had the same exact thought. The counting of the chews and the tiny bites :(
I’m five years into stable recovery but that was me when I was trying to convince everyone and myself that I was “better!”
her saying I’m so full I’m so full was not her feeling full but trying to stop herself from eating which is really sad
yeah the spiels she went on... about chewing, reasons for I.F., water (but saying that’s not a healthy water routine, but i think you know what i mean about the fixation in relation to the other stuff..), etc i have to completely agree with you sister. i want to cry for her dude,
Hard agree. Quasi recovery central
Personally, I don't think eating candy for breakfast represents a healthy relationship with candy.
Same here. When I had anorexia I used to eat tiny amounts of sweet foods and call it a meal
@@izzym184 me too
Same....
Only 9 minutes in "take half size bites and chew twice the amount" is like, classic Tumblr anorexia tricks... yikes 😬
Right! That made me super uncomfortable.
Exactly.
Literally it reminded me of my time on pro-anorexia sites almost decade ago, that's some OG disordered eating crap right there.
Yeah.. a few things like that and counting individual blueberries were quite alarming 😕
I saw a video of hers once the "what i eat to gain weight" i was like okay she looks like she need to gain weight... And in the video, of of the food she eat was one small pita bread and people are commenting "she only eat one?? Too little" and she defended her self by saying she actually ate another one of camera....and im like gurl that is still so little, and it's sad that she thinks 2 pita bread is a lot "to gain weight" already 😭
I used to be overweight so i eat less to lose em weight but i still eat more than her "gain weight" diet...idk if she's aware that she got problems yet or not...if she is, it's better if she do not share her unhealthy eating habits tho...share the healing process instead
It’s like she’s eating “fear foods” to prove she doesn’t have an eating disorder
as a person who struggles with an ED i noticed that too, and as i got further along i also noticed something else about these more sugary foods-identical characteristics to what i’ve often done throughout my disorder: she seems to eat sweet sugary foods (what would be calorically dense-in number not nutrition-if she ate bigger servings) in SMALL doses, with slow eat times, and counts the calories of just those small sweets before moving on ... because she’s suffering from certain malnourishments and probably smaller forms of extreme hunger. whenever i’ve gone too long without regular calorie intake, i’ll start to want sweets, sugar, candy, etc and i’ll eat it in small bits just to not feel guilty or get stuffed from it (when your body’s very hungry and you eat a normal amount of something, especially something sweet sugary or acidic, your stomach immediately hurts) ... it’s really really sad to watch
Woahhh that went over my head, but I think you may be right. Hope she gets to a more comfortable place soon.
@@ihatemickiegee Your comment just reminded of me when I was having severe hunger pains that I sometimes chalked up to "low blood sugar" and would eat candy in order to remedy that. Turns out I was just underfeeding myself in general...
I did this ALL the time. When someone questioned me I always stuffed myself with food and was like "omg I LOVE food!"
Her BMI is not that low
As someone who has a history of anorexia...this comes across as someone deeply in denial of an unhealthy/disordered relationship to food. Of course I have no way of actually knowing, but I’m very puzzled by this textbook definition of a dieter claiming her weight loss was unintentional. And while the candy may be a “refreshing” change from wellness youtubers, it’s also common for people to crave more refined sugar while restricting.
Same exact feeling I had... I also gagged when she said “that’s all the snacks I can let myself eat”.
She definitely has an eating disorder.
Same.. & I definitely agree with you!
I never had an ED, but this seems so twisted. A young woman with zero overweight counting exact calories and thinking way too much about every crumb she puts in her mouth? That can't be healthy.
I agrre she seems to have a very disordered view on her body and food
I feel like she "went vegetarian" = just cut out meats from her diet and forgot to add in plant based protein.
My friend did exactly this, and is always waxing lyrical about how much weight he lost by “cutting out meat”. Um yeah, because now you only eat the sides you previously ate with it 🤦🏾♀️
"I turned vegan and naturally lost weight". Proceeds to barely eat, counts calories and fasts. Sounds right.
Its vegetarian not vegan
Idk how counting every single calorie is "intuitively eating"
It could be if you’re eating until you’re satisfied and then plugging in the calories
It's not... she's lying
@@danhhoang5947 true. But tiffany states in one of her videos, before eating, that she calculated the calories. so she is already imposing a restriction on her satiety
I think it's to give more information to her audience. Her numbers sound like an estimate made after the fact
Not only calories, she’s counting how many BITES 🥵🥵
She's freaking killing me with the freaking calorie counting and freaking counting chews (and use of the word freaking)😂
Calorie counting can be a really useful tool for people to understand what theyre putting into their body. It isnt for everyone and people can definitely get obsessed. That being said, the girl in this video is obviously taking it to an extreme that it doesnt need to be at.
The part you ended on--most HEALTHY women are not meant to have a 6 pack--is soooo important!! Like you can have a 6 pack and be healthy but just because you don't have one does NOT mean your body isn't in a healthy place. 💜
For sure!
Underweight, does fasting, eats needlessly 'show-off' foods... something isn't right...
Excessive chewing, repetitive meals (probably safe foods). Of course it isn't right
Don’t forget obsessive behaviors on counting on how many blueberries she puts on her oatmeal and places them perfectly in the same place every way every time
What is “show off foods”?
@@lizhenson4563 Foods which almost everyone in modern society deems as highly-processed, sugary, celebratory foods such as cookies/cakes/candy simply to appear that she is 'free' and doesn't care, when in fact she does.
I don’t want to be accusatory, but I thought it was interesting she never seemed to show clips of her eating the higher calorie foods. Like for the cookies she told us she chewed them for 6 mins but didn’t actually show herself eating it. The dinner and few other meals were the same editing :/
I was surprised at how nice Abby was here, this video was so triggering and all sorts of WRONG 😭 all of the thought processes regarding food consumption were so disordered at one point she even said that was all the snacks she was going to "let herself eat" that day... Ugh
I know, im 13.5 minutes in and I'm surprised abbey wasn't as shocked as I was at how disordered and f-ed up that was for her to take 6 minutes to eat 2 bite sized cookies immediately after saying 'I probably shouldn't eat any more of them for today' uh....yeah Tiffany...that's intuitive. I'm not finished watching the video yet but hope Abbey gives her a reality check
I think that she's scared after the backlash from accusing nuttyfoodiefitness... She accused her of having an Ed which nutty herself and her family weren't happy about and Abbey has since done a new video to make amends. Think she's being more careful with what she says!!!! However I agree that this girl is not recovered from her Ed AT ALL!!!!
I think that she's scared after the backlash from accusing nuttyfoodiefitness and then backtracking by having to make a new video the other day. Stephanie and her family were NOT impressed. I think Abbey is being more careful. However this girl DEFINITELY still has her Ed. No doubt about it!!!!
She counted the calories in her snack and said "that's all I should LET myself eat for now" not "I am satiated or satisfied or full"
Just looking at her is sad for me. I'm 5'1" and I was 95 pounds for about four years. I had no energy, no periods, and it even got to the point where I was having hot flashes. I thought I looked fine at the time, but whenever I see old pictures of myself I'm shocked at how frail I was (I looked a lot like she does). I'm now 110 pounds, I'm strong, and I actually get my period. I really hope she is able to begin eating for her body rather than eating for a body type. It's a much better place to be.
💪💪💪💪💪♥️
Same situation but I'm a bit taller and therefore a bit heavier. That ED brain really does a number on you and how you perceive your body. I think she definitely needs professional help to try and understand. My heart goes out to her.
So glad to hear that you're in a much better place physically and mentally!
Congrats on recovering! You are so strong 💪
Well I'm 5'2 and feel very healthy at 97lb, no dieting just eating healthy and being active. There's this new trend going on about associating a lower weight with feeling bad, which just is different for everyone. Let's not start stigmatizing lower weights just to feel better about yourself
This woman says “freaking” so freaking much
These videos are so helpful.... I have never suffered from ED but seeing how youtubers eat sometimes makes me think I eat too much ... A lot of my meals at around 450-600 calories and I snack... I do want to lose weight, have lost 35 lbs but I haven't seen any changes this past month ... I have to remember to take it slow, and it's imp to enjoy what I eat. Your videos have helped me learn how to eat a more balanced diet and reassure me to keep eating ❤️
I'm so glad it is helpful ❤️
I’m confused. She wants to gain or loose or stay at her weight? She’s eating barely anything and her eating tactics are crazy unnecessary. I mean seriously, 6 minutes to eat 2 cookies.
it's so concerning to see someone looking so proud of how little they are eating :( REALLY happy to hear you say that women aren't meant to have a six-pack. the first time i heard that they're unnatural for women, and the fact that in order to have a six-pack a woman would have to consume very, very few carbs to have one, was a massive relief. it makes total sense too, since there is something like 4-6cm (correct me if i'm wrong) between the uterus and the outside world, so the body tries to hold on to some fat there, to protect a potential baby. bodies are smart :)
I read that too!! Makes me more comfortable with my little fat pouch below my belly button 😁
Women don’t have to eat very very few carbs to have a visible six pack? I have a very visible six pack and eat 250+ grams of carbs a day.....
@@najah1819 as a general rule, of course :) this is quite rare and you are lucky (and probably work out like a goddess lol!)
This whole video felt like “how to cover up having an eating disorder” I’m not in any place to diagnose someone at all but this all could have come straight from a pro Ana thread
This youtuber alternating between “whatI eat to lose weight” and “what I eat to gain weight” reminded me of a Taylor Swift interview about her problems with body image. She made a comment about how there’s always some beauty standard we don’t meet. It’s impossible for your belly to be super flat and also have a naturally big butt. It should be obvious, but it isn’t
The tip for chewing something X amount of times may help for tiffany but honestly its super triggering for me and even in my recovery program, they point it out whenever they catch me doing it during meal support! But whatever works for each person!! It's not a one size fit all
For sure, I'm sorry if that was triggering for you
Yeah, I like this girls personality (she seems sweet!) But that part made me feel iffy
Same, really. I feel like yes you shouldn't rush your meals, but you shouldn't be actively thinking about how slowly you eat or how many chews it takes for one tiny bite. Ideally, with recovery, this all should become intuitive and not follow a specific goal other than the one of nourishing yourself.
@@tripodologia Yes yes exactly this! I am just mindfully eating and enjoying my food, really enjoying the flavor and texture of the food. I never pay attention to how many chews it takes and such
Abbey you should review Linda Sun!

OMG YEEESSS LINDA IS AWESOME
I love herrr
I’m 5’2 and I honestly could not imagine being that low in weight. Also the amount of times she says freakin, eeeek.
I am 5ft and not even that low...
Kassidy Bryant same I’m 5 ft and I probs eat 3000 cals ( I don’t count calories I’m just guessing)
Deniz Gultekin that’s a bit much wow
D I don’t think someone should be telling a person what’s a bit much when it comes to calorie consumption, we all have different bodies and different needs!
I'm 5'2 and feel fine at 97lbs, it really not that crazy low. Her diet habits specifically however are concerning. Who knows, she might be binging behind the camera because she could be a lot thinner eating this little.
You taught me about balance, Abbey! I was eating so many carbs and I was like "Why am I always so hungry and constipated all the time?" I am cured with my happy and healthy helpings of balanced, exciting foods!
I'm so glad it was helpful!
I feel like....she doesn't eat a lot.....
It looks like the oatmeal is just barely covering the bottom of her bowl 😭
That's what I was thinking too! Like that oatmeal looked so far down the bowl! Usually food like that would be half a inch from the top!
and i thought i ate a small amount of oatmeal 😭
counting the number of blueberries, "letting" herself eat two cookies, counting chews... those are classic ED signs.
She is counting calories, restricting food intake hours and weird eating tips.... Girl is in denial.
When I watch any what i eat in a day videos, I ALWAYS imagine what Abbey would say LOL
😂😂
Me too!
Same!!!!!
“Upping the satiation factor…”
I really appreciate the little suggestions you give for improving meals in all of your review videos. Even if I don't eat in the same way as the people in question, as I've watched more of your videos it's really helping me to start thinking about little improvements I could make with my meals to feel more satisfied. Thanks!
I'm 14 and want to become a nutritionist , I've been watching you since I was 12 and you're so inspirational❤❤❤
Thank you! ❤️
TWENTY blueberries 😂 😂 lmao **not laughing at Tiffany (what or how she’s eating), just the way Abby made that observation
😂
Blueberries have so little calories also, for how filling and nutritious they actually are. I have never counted berries and I’m pretty sure that’s never been the reason for any slight weight gain I’ve ever had. Ever.
Intuition doesn't require meticulous blueberry counting LOL
I would love if you reviewed Frugal Fit Mom! She does challenges where she feeds her family of 6 for something like $5 a day. Very interesting to see in terms of food insecurity. I would love to hear your take!
That would be a really interesting since it’s so real for so many people
I love frugal fit mom! Her grocery hauls are the best! The super challenges freak me out but I could see how they’re beneficial for someone really struggling financially.
On the list!
Yes! I LOVE FFM!
The oatmeal portions look so tiny to me!
I eat a lot but when it comes to oatmeal I can only eat 1/2 cup dry at one time. that said, this girl doesn't eat enough
TheCheeryElement saame, for me it’s small portion of oatmeal and the loads of fruit 😅
Righttttt like the oatmeal barely covered the bottom of the bowl!
@@cheery-hex same! i only eat 1/2 cup or even less bc it's already very filling and i get full easily in the morning.
Honestly she is so nice to listen to.
😊👍
Chew your food until it's a flavourless paste? The 1890s called, they want their slimming tips back. 😂
As a recovering anorexic, you videos are so grounding! You use science and basic common sense that even my dumb ED brain understands. Even a year ago, I would've ate up the "only take tiny bites and chew twice as much" rhetoric but now I can laugh at it. Thanks Abbey 💛💛
I'm so glad it is helpful!
I’m mad at myself for watching this. It’s so triggering and I feel sick. The oatmeal she used is the same one I do, to restrict. And I eat it plain. Damn. I’m in eating disorder treatment right now and idk how anyone can eat this way, obsess over food this much, and not have an ED or need help for disordered eating. I call bullshit. Also when you listed all the symptoms people who have dieted endure, that’s me. Thank you for correcting her misinformation.
She did mention that the CZcamsr revealed that she DID suffer from an ED. She may have been in remission and recovery before but clearly slipped back into an ED. It’s very messy when you have an ED to notice when you’re going back to old habits when they are so innate plus it’s hard for them to really know what’s okay because she’s probably have had to have a therapist and dietitian explain to her what is “normal”
Okay I was about to comment saying "yes, feel like I could have written this!" then I noticed your name! Are we the same person?! Haha! You're right, this girl clearly has an eating disorder and needs help. I found most of this very triggering but counting blueberries really got me 😕
The sugar addiction was something I started experiencing during the worst part of my ED. I’m still suffering from an insane hunger for sugar and caffeine 24/7 in my recovery. I’d avoid eating normal foods and portion sizes because they were actually satiating and made me uncomfortable but multiple small servings of sweets everyday would “prove” to people that I couldnt possibly have an ED because I’d eat them all the time.
Could you do a video on some kpop stars' extreme diet? I always feel those diets can be dangerously misleading, especially given the majority of kpop audience are teenage girls or young adult women.
On the list
Can you do a video on protein powders? There's so many different options and they all depend on your body requirements and I just can't comprehend it all. I think you would be great at breaking it down
Thanks for the suggestion!
yeah that would be helpful
Abbey you are such a star ! You are so much helpful and your and advices just rock! Thanks for sharing so much knowledge and tips with us. There is no one dietician out there like you. I am straggling with PCOS so your help is absolutely necessary! Thanks in advance and I am looking forward to your next video. Greetings from Greece ❤️
Thank you! I'm so glad it is helpful
I feel like this girl is fooling herself. I have heard people say that denial stands for don't even know I'm lying to myself. She still has disordered eating and if this is what she is promoting to people and making it seem normal I am scared for her viewers. I really hope she can make peace with herself and her food.
Don't be scared for her viewers. A lot of people came for her in the first WIEAD video so they definitely recognized something seemed off.
Whoa. Don’t Even kNow I Am Lying = DENIAL. Crazy.

So glad!
Abbey! You should look into reviewing Autumn Bates! She’s a clinical nutritionist I believe. Really advocates intermittent fasting/Keto and always “nerds out” and scientifically explains her claims
I enjoy her a bit, but most of her content is related to fat burning, and sometimes I feel like maybe it’s not super emotionally healthy. She’s a very skinny women herself, which is fine! I just feel like she, herself focuses a lot on fat burning too and sometimes wonder if it’s healthy. I dunno! I like her but I also wonder about her claims and the mental health effects it may have. Could you explain (as a part of a future video or here in the comment) what is considered light/moderate/highly active exercise in those calculators? I'm glad it is helpful!
Yeah, I do intermittent fasting. I stop eating sometime before midnight and break my fast around 11 am..........because I'm asleep.
Oof, this super threw me back to the early days of my ED recovery...so many subtle (some not so subtle) behaviors going on 😬 the repetitiveness of oatmeal everyday, only having two meals, eating small treats to feel like you’re “okay”...idk man. I hope she continues to progress and truly eat intuitively! It’s still a process for me but the freedom is unmatched ❤️
Yay! So happy to see you post-baby. You guys look so cozy. I hope you are doing well
Thank you! ❤️
Yeah... When she was talking about making sure to take tiny bites and chew it a lot, that is taken from a page straight out of the pro Ana community.
I remember when I first was in that community as a teen, someone making a post about taking a protein bar, cutting it into a bunch of small bites, and when you get hungry or “tempted to eat”, just eating one of the bites, and slowly having just that protein bar through the day, for the whole day. I used that for years. The licorice thing was super reminiscent of that, especially paired with the talking points of “losing weight” from doing so, and being able to “feel full” faster. Yikes, man.
Oh my God that sounds horrible
omg the baby
non-pregnant abby popping in was the cutest thing i'm so happy for you congratulations!!
Thank you! ❤️
I'm a teen and the symptoms you talked about in the beginning are quite relatable.. I kinda want to get some dietitian help but mom doesn't understand... She always says you're loosing weight and feeling like this is normal.. I'm scared-
i’ve been watching a lot of misstiffanyma videos lately and your videos too !! what a coincidence.
😊👍
I love the cuts from pregnant to post pregnancy with baby! Haha, it made me laugh. Glad to see you and baby are well!
Thank you!
Abbey with baby was GLOWING so much omg. I think I just fell in love
I agree with the oatmeal tips! I have a bowl of oatmeal about an hour before my morning run, I'm not sure if it is because it is slow digesting or what, but this has definitely fueled many a long run for me, and is easy on the stomach. I would almost never do oatmeal after a run - that's when I go for protein powder with a banana and almond milk and fast digesting carbs like a bagel.
Love your videos. So helpful!!
So glad!
Hi Abbey, I just wanted to say a quick thank you. Over the past few years I've been really struggling with diet and being overly concerned with healthy eating. Specifically, struggling with which "diet" to eat and I'd been getting into the mindset that I absolutely had to stick with one particular, popular diet. If I had eggs for breakfast with some butter, well then I couldn't have any bread because I had to do keto. If I had a banana, well then I had to make it into a banana smoothie bowl with no yogurt because I had to just go vegan. Watching too many CZcams fitness channels who really don't know what they're talking about, and changing my diet to an extreme end at the drop of a hat. After finding your channel however, it's been so much easier to just remember that I don't have to stick to any particular diet and that I'm free to eat anything from any food group. Your knowledge, personality, and the way the you deliver information is so informative, positive, and done in such a great way. Just wanted to say that your channel is really important for a lot of people and we're all very thankful for the content that you put up. 💜
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm so glad it is helpful ❤️
Hi Abbey
I Really love your videos ! I was wondering if you could talk about intuitive eating when you have food allergies/ health issues like MCAS ?
This video was a little triggering for me but I really appreciate your input that puts things in perspective
Xxx
I'm sorry it was trigering for you. I'll put that topic on the list
Yesssss new Abbie content!

Many of Tiffany's tips and food choices are common to people who have eating disorders. I practiced many of these behaviors myself when I was eating disordered. Some of the red flags include: craving sugar carbs but limiting fats, counting bites and making the food last a long time, counting calories obsessively, constantly telling herself how 'full' she is, odd food combinations, working out on an empty stomach, and not eating until as late as possible.
She seemed to eat better when her boyfriend was making or bringing home food
The youtuber that always inspires me to take care of my health and actually made my interested in veganism is Niomi Smart💛 I would love to see you react to some of her newer "what i eat in a day"
On the list!
I like that this isn’t bashing her lifestyle and is objective
I would love to see you review Beatrice Caruso’s what I eat in a day. She is on a weightloss journey and I absolutely ADORE her!! 😍💖✨

Little baby making a guest appearance! Hello buddy! 🥰
😊❤️
Thanks for this review! Always great science-based content. Some suggestions of you tubers to check out: Veggiekins, Simply Quinoa, and/or No Food Rules. All three of them have "what I eat in a day" videos and seem to be quite intuitive, I'd love to know what you think of their diets!
I do weight training and I always do it fasted and it’s what makes me feel great and energized. The one time I ate something before the session I was so nauseous :( however, after my session I do fuel up properly!
I do weight training and some cardio and I don't know if you feel the same I am hungrier these days
Glad that works for you!
Zoe Lioliou I am hungrier during those days :) when I hit 3000 kcal burned in a day I really try to fuel up. I eat a whole foods plant based diet and on those days I try to amp my protein intake and also have some more healthy fats than on slower days
I also prefer training fasted, I feel nauseous and get acid reflux if I don't. But I always made sure I was fueling within thirty minutes of getting back from the gym and was hitting all my macro goals. IF makes no sense if you're not actually eating well when you do eat. No way she's going to grow a butt eating like that.
i would throw up if i ate before my workout
Ooooof, “take small bites and chew more” followed by counting how many berries you add to your oatmeal... that kind of stuff really sends me back to some frustrating memories. Thankfully, the way you address them helps them not be triggering in this context, but it still kinda makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
