I'm using their services for my virtual address to complete the LLC process.
1. If I wanted to trademark my logo without a LLC or business or website, just a logo, can I?
2. During the 8-10 month waiting period, if I’m using my logo (selling hats with my logo on it), can other people use my logo or steal my logo while I’m awaiting trademark registration approval?

The part that gets me is the first part… I watched so many videos and I just seem to get stuck there… my question is I already formed an LLC with my name that I want to trade mark… does the name of the LLC go where it says owner or does my name go there ?
Does one file under the Entity type individual or corporation for a band name?
