- Today we had a very Christmassy day in Denver. We went to our very first Christmas Markets, went Ice Skating and had fun just roaming through the streets of Denver as it was lit up with Christmas lights. Loving it here!!!

Just came across this by accident. Great timing as I’m spending a few days in Denver and Colorado Springs in May, while taking the train from San Francisco to Chicago. Looks like it might be a bit more interesting than I thought. Thanks guys.

When pointing to a stranger on the ice rink you say Pro, but when you point to your wife you say Australian. I got a chuckle out of that but I know better than to label Jess as just an Australian, she is so much more than that. I'm glad a little bit of the US at Christmas made you both happy!

Boulder is a really cool town only a half hour away. It’s worth the trip because it’s right where the Rockies mountains start. No mountains in Denver. You really want to take advantage of the beautiful mountains.
You guys need to come to Sydney when you are in Aus! We’ve got Forever 21 and Tarte Cosmetics here.. there’s even a Bath and Body Works now !

Rocky Mountains chocolate is my favourite too! They have the best caramel apples! Also - Tarte cosmetics are my fav!!! I always order their stuff from Sephora! I have the same eye shadow pallet but not the Christmas one :) See you soon! Bring my chocolates!

I’d love to go to America. It looks so amazing. I also found out the other day that Denver is way far norther than I thought. It’s as far north as Philadelphia. I know that may not seem as much to Europeans but it is to me. I though it was more to the south.
