Thank you for the video. I have an iPhone 7 and have been using a lot of these features already. I was hoping the iPhone 12 would have new features. I use screen record with or without microphone, dark screen, listening for sounds like doorbell etc,. Some of these are unfamiliar though that may just be for the 12.

Shaking the phone just undoes whatever you just typed, it doesn’t get rid of everything. And it’s “spatial” audio not “sequential”

You can’t. Need to pull down the control centre or notification shade to view percentage. Or just add a battery widget to the Home Screen.
