After 16.5 hours of work finishing at 10:30 pm ending with my supervisor chastising me ... The first thing that came to mind was Charlie coming home beaten and discouraged, and going to bed. Powerful film.
I uploaded these while under major stress only to end up failing everything. It's a really powerful film
@Camamania Charlie Brown is the most true to life cartoon made and a boy named Charlie brown is the best out of all the movies and specials.
What a super surprise to find the entire soundtrack. This is big nostalgia for a Peanuts fan. As a little kid in the 1970's I enjoyed the movies and TV specials from this era, but as an adult I have come to appreciate the music so much more. It's beautiful and emotional stuff-- which is exactly what Mr. Schulz's humor and warmth deserved. Thanks for sharing it here.
Absolutely agree! This tune and Bus Wheel Blues have been in my brain for almost 50 years. Just found this. So sweet! I remember being so sad for Charlie. Part of the music and memories of my life. Cheers!
