This is a really entertaining commander, I love the synergy between the cards. Have you thought about revisiting wolf/ werewolves with Tovolar? I find the day and night cycle mechanic quite interesting.

Honestly I would ok if Dark Ritual was banned in Brawl. As you mentioned in the first game, you would have scooped (and I'm sure 90% of players would do the exact same) if you didn't immediately topdeck an answer to the early Rakdos. Brawl has so many nongames due to the nature of the format, and Dark Ritual turboing out stuff is a part of that.
Agree 💯. I've won too many games with T1 ritual and Liliana Veil. It's just boring to use and boring to lose to
@@MTGJosh I always wonder how much footage content creators filter out and not show their viewers because some games are basically over after 3 turns.
On an unrelated note, I think where things went wrong against the Amelia deck was when you discarded Legion's Landing instead of Meathook Massacre on chapter 2 of Elspeth's Nightmare. You already had Night of Souls' Betrayal out and Kaervek was also in your hand. Legion's Landing was a completely dead card with those two effects being out, so discarding it was a waste. Getting rid of Meathook Massacre meant that you wouldn't have taken a massive hit to your life total at 18:10. Amelia wouldn't have had a clear shot at putting you at a critically low life. Then when you combine the residual life loss from Meathook while it was still out, you would have had far more life to stabilize once you got Professor Onyx out.
Don't take it too hard, we all make mistakes and I know I've made far too many of them to count. You have become my go-to Arena content creator and I think you are getting close to having your channel really start to take off. 🙂
Oh damn that's a really good observation thank you! It's pressure sometimes because I kinda panic... I know if I make a mistake it's gonna get seen by hundreds of people so ironically I end up making even more mistakes 😅

I have noticed this. Certain lands are weighted heavily for starting hands. Reliquary Tower is another. Terrible programming
