  • This is my first time ever cooking Filipino food ⇩⇩Click ‘show more’⇩⇩
For those of you who are new to the channel, my name is Lana Tiare I am from New Zealand, and I’ve been travelling the world for a little over two years now. At the beginning of my travels, before I actually started Vlogging, I visited the Philippines with one of my best friends Charles, staying at his home town, Zambales. I was fortunate enough to experience Filipino culture and food first hand. This is definitely an experience I will never forget.
So in the hopes to share some of my food experiences from these travels today, I will be attempting to make one of the most famous Filipino dishes Adobo chicken and Tortang Talong (AKA eggplant omelette) one of my favourites from this trip.
Here are the recipes I used in the video:
    Adobo Chicken: pin.it/4Xpcish
    Tortang Talong: pin.it/5p0RuHA
I hope you enjoy it! And if you attempt to make these as well let me know how you go!

for eggplant omelet the easiest way place it in microwave for 10 minutes to make it soft and you could use tuna flakes or mince pork, chicken or beef.make it easy to prepare you dont need to copy tradition you can twist and improve it in easiest and nutritous way
