  • The Dell Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is a high-end biz laptop that also does quite a few firsts making it an outstanding, albeit not cheap, choice. With an optional massive 78WHr battery, presence detection, excellent audio, and the ability to ink this laptop does it all while going for 15 hours on a single charge.

How long do you keep your laptops for?
      Do you need/want presence-sensing?
Is lightweight and small important to you?
Do you need NVMe PCIe SSD?
If the answer to 2 or more of these, then you need to get the Dell, as it excells in these areas.
If its about price, you could buy the Dell laptop by calling in and saying the company you are with and a rep will be assigned to "get you to budget." It works. Business discounts can be like 40-45% off.

Bottlenecks in performance vary upon configuration, use-case, workload and other very specific variables. Dell always gets the new technology before everyone else, so perhaps your system was under-specced, or you are running a workload outside of software requirements.

I also feel there are tons of gaming laptop reviews out there, though I appreciate your interest in getting my thoughts.
