The medical name of a facelift is also called a rhytidectomy and a neck lift is called a Platysmaplasty and a Lower eyelid surgery, also known as lower blepharoplasty.
The facelift removes sagging skin and corrects muscle laxity. Platysmaplasty: The medical term for a neck lift, which removes excess skin and fat from the neck, tightens the platysma muscle, and reduces the banded appearance of the neck.
Platysmaplasty, also known as a neck lift, is a cosmetic plastic surgery procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the neck and tightens the platysma muscle. It can help reverse age-related changes like sagging skin, loose neck cords, and excess fat, and can also help with sagging skin caused by weight loss.
Submental lipectomy: A neck lift that removes fat deposits under the chin, tightens sagging skin, and corrects muscle laxity. Lower blepharoplasty, which includes a collection of surgical techniques that aims to improve the appearance of the lower eyelids. Historically, lower blepharoplasty was a reductive procedure in which skin and/or fat was removed in order to reduce lower eyelid wrinkles, skin redundancy, and fat bulges.

looking good, but you still have a good amount of swelling, after about 3 months itll settle down by like 80%. really takes a full year to see final result. good luck

I do have swelling in my neck and face, It will take a full yr to completely heal. I do agree. The first 2 -3 is just getting through recovery for me. I still need to wear the compression bandage for 8 weeks. Thank you for sharing your info
