Thanks for saying that 😅 I was eating somewhere around 4000-5000 cal. a day to just function normal. I was riding somewhere around 50-60 miles a day with all my weight ranging between 70-90 pounds, sometimes I was cycling less... it all came down to if I was flying paraglider that day or not. I made sure to stay hydrated and well nurished, otherwise I would've hit the wall 😆
