Exactly what I had been saying about football, some people been fool by Kovacic drive the ball forward for years , u don’t have to run and drive the ball before u make impact , look how Moises quick pass help us for the first or second goal , if was Kova he will dribble and that goal scoring opportunity will be close .. now will finally have a proper player in midfield

If anyone watched burnley vs ManCity & Burnley vs Man United. If anyone watched the games for 90mins we’d give ourselves more credit for this win. Not getting gassed but we have to take these positives into future games. Burnley play good football and no team is a mug in the PL. spurs struggled to beat Luton today and it shows no team is a pushover. COYB 💙

The only channel I've seen not getting completely carried away with the result! 👏 reminds me of when we won 1 nil against Leeds under Potter...everyone goin crazy sayin we were back etc even though the performance was shocking. The first half today was horrendous and like you say, I think the second half was as much about them making mistakes as it was us playin well. At least we're taking advantage of those mistakes now, but that wasn't proper convincing for me, better, but still so much to be done
Sterling surprised me with his overall performance and the team performance in the second half was on point.

To be honest it was a game of two halves. First half was below average. We can't play that way against Arsenal because they won't allow us to come back in the second half. We must start the game strong.

Your point at the 10min mark, is exactly why i'm still critical of Gallagher's inclusion in the team. We need someone in his position who can creatively carry the ball and dribble to advance the attack. It's not just about running headless! It's the reason the our defenders keep passing it around the back needlessly.

Caicedo was outstanding
We have a lot of work to do. Thiago Silva is a legend but he slows down play significantly when we try to build from the back. Colwill as a left back is an absolute No. We have to work very hard after the international break. We cannot drop points against our upcoming opposition whatsoever. Every upcoming game is a must win.

I feel Broja n Nico could be a good combo to push each other. I definitely agree Silva should of done better n took one for the team. Its going to start to het tricking when Nkunku comes back we are going be loaded in attack if players keep progressing.
Poch has been using sterling in the wrong position. Sterling performs better on the left wing not right wing. As a right footer, he finds it easier to cut in with his right foot just the same way left footer plays better on the right wing.

Completely agree with your assessment of the game. Scoreline is papering over the issues from today's game. We weren't really too convincing and dominating, especially in the first half.

A well-balanced analysis. The first half was abysmal. Nobody wanted to take the initiative. We were just passing sideways and backward.The 2nd half was far better, but just like you have said, we should have gone for the juggler and added one or two more extra goals. The last 15 minutes were just wasted. Overall, I will take the win as it's a moral booster going into the international break and knowing Arsenal is up next at the bridge.

The first half was flat I couldn't understand the game plan the back paces were way too much we didn't attack more ..we need to improve..nickolas should have scored that goal he gave away 👏👏👏👏👏
We are only getting better. That doesn’t mean there won’t be anymore setbacks this season and in the future but you can tell the players are starting to gel. Competition will be high when everyone is back. Looking forward to when we have two good halves and are putting teams away early.
Was sold on Jackson when I saw him in preseason. He looks excellent all-round and so young. Great pace, good technique, good link up, sturdy, skillful, great attitude and scores. Still young. Couldn't believe people writing him off so quickly a few weeks back.
Great result, but there is definitely no reason to celebrate. This is the Sterling I want to see more consistently. Caicedo and Gallagher were good. I don't like Palmer on the wing. I think he would be much more effective in the middle. Agree with Ninii as it relates to Jackson and Broja. I think they both can be very good for us if given the time. I'm not crazy about Enzo when he plays up the field. We need more creativity and goals from our number 8. Relieved for the win, and I look forward to seeing this team continue to improve.

To me it was two halves with this game, the set up/ build up play did not work and so he changed that tactical by making tweaks and adding jackson who leads the press better than broja who still not fully fit(yet) we looked better terms of finding each other and being aggressive
When burnley scored the first goal i thought it was over.. but 1 huge improvement in our game is that fact that we were able to win this game by a big margin too even if we didn't play so well.. we're not gonna always play fancy But we need to be winning either way credit to Poch for make good changes in the second half..

I was worried about Sterling on the Left, he’s usually not as effective. But today he show class today, he should definitely be on the England Squad. Palmer is a difference maker for sure, is passing n pressure he put on opponents is crucial. Gallagher again just looking like a Blue Chipper out there just putting in another solid performance n Got a assist. Enzo n Caicedo solid in the middle. Defs decent not great but good. The result is good but if you imagine that game against a better opponent, we would have lost it. Our passing out from the back was flat, boring and predictable. I don’t know why any of the managers we had since Frank first stint have not been able to cure this disease at Chelsea. I must say I love this review of the game.
It was not a dominant performance. Our buildup was poor .. luck swung in our favor and we capitalized on the momentum it gave us

Fairly forgettable game for the midfield today: Enzo was meh, Gallagher was there, Caicedo was fine, but altogether sort of a "meh" feeling. They did not show the real quality these players are capable of bringing.
The same cannot be said for the attack though. Usually they are big culprits but ever since Palmer came along it seems they got new energy. Sterling balled out today with the confidence and power that Chelsea needs. Jackson and Palmer were great. Broja was not amazing but that can be forgiven, he is returning from injury. Hopefully, the attack can be this good every game.
