Do you default to longsword/refillable start every game? Or do you sometimes take dblade? If so, when do you longsword?
I prefer longsword when i have a free matchup i know i can win easily.

ye its pretty free with the mobility fiora has.
In short trades you can outplay with vital speed + Q. If she lands E just run away and Q+W out of her poke. If she misses E, she isn't a champ, you will destroy her. So either Parry E or Ult tentacle slam. Also, you dont want to let her shove because she will dick you down under tower.
You can check my mobafire guide for a detailed explanation, but the most important thing to do is parry her E
