Sir bihar mai crime rate kam karna hai to dar to bithana pdega na, 90's wo time tha jab bihar ke log bhi bhagalpur, munger, badh, bakshar, saharsa, chapra or bhi kai jile Jane se darte the, par aaj ye wahi bihar hai jaha sab normal hai, par fir jab se ye mahagathbandhan ki sarkaar bani hai yaha dubara crime rate yaha ka 90's jaisa hal hota jaa raha hai. Or ye sab inn netaaon ke karan ho raha hai
