Snow, lots of new locomotives, great friends and 8 trains for you too!

- Here are 3 trains from Monday, and 5 from Friday. The first train came in a snow squall. It had 8 leading locomotives including a Norfolk Southern locomotive leading the other 7 which were CSX.
Train number 2 is the famous "King Foul the Main" headed North with a long string of loaded cars, and this GP38-3 is working hard!
The third train is just 2 CSX locomotives headed South to the yard.
Now we switch to Friday where @SD70AH @SimonsEMDProductions @JawTooth and @GY51360 (Buckeye Freight Railin`) Tony, Fred, Martin and me all met up to get in some early morning railfanning, then we went to the Cock and Bull for a Christmas lunch to hang out for a while. It was a great day and even @CINOzzieTV showed up a little later too!
Train number 1 is a long Northbound CSX mixed manifest, followed by a loaded Northbound CSX coal train with 90 cars and a newly rebuilt locomotive headed to the Cleveland Cliffs Steel Mill in Middletown, Ohio.
Then we get train number 3, the Southbound CSX Connersville, Indiana local mixed manifest.
After that, we have a Northbound NS intermodal with 3 leading locomotives. The third locomotive had been tagged by a vandal.
Finally, we get another Northbound NS mixed manifest with 3 leading locomotives, 2 which are newly rebuilt units!

That was a fabulous mixed manifest with the best looking NS power I've ever seen! Normally they look much worse than their competitors. The covered gondolas were interesting too! 😊😊❤❤

Supposed to be in the mid 40s and raining up here in Rhinelander for Christmas eve. All of our snow is gone. Warmest since 1994. Nice motive power smorgasbord. A King should work hard for his subjects. Cool, a deadheader. Appreciate the extended video, liked it much. Thanks Scott!

Nothing like a railfanning in the snow with the 1st train. The 2 NS trains were NS 28C & NS 174. Both the NS 4674 & NS 4713 came out a month ago.

Scott, my friend, the train in the snow was so awesome, also, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, also saw my weather man about 30 minutes ago and it looks like Jan. 2 nd & Jan 6 th & 7 th, two Snowfalls for Central North Carolina which will be affecting Ohio also, So heads up. The First snow system about 2 to 3 inches for us, Ya'll might get more; but second system will dump on us up to 6 inches. I love snow, hated it when I drove 18 wheelers in it, but sitting home and watching it: " let is snow, let it snow"!!!!!!

Seven engines, one being a “ mother slug “ combination which counts as one …. I would imagine several of them are “ form “ engines which need inspected and the “ fra blue card “ updated …all engines must maintain a current blue card which can be found on the back wall ( electrical cabinet ) of every engine , a standard for “ all “ RR companies operating throughout the USA …. the card contains the name and location of the inspection ….ms~~~
