- Pouring diagonals - wait, what? Is this even possible? You asked for more techniques for safe eco epoxy resin alternatives such as Eco Pour - your wish is my command! Though literally no one asked for diagonal stripes lol. With colours from Homeware Designs, a new mould from Boowan Nicole and lots of Eco Pour. Enjoy the creative process #resinalternative#boowannicole #just4youonlineuk

Nice idea to use it for fish food - the goldfish colours _and_ the bubbles fit right in! 🧡💚
I think so too!

Thanks Michelle, and yes I love that colour too
Oh my goodness that is beautiful!!!
Glad you like it :)
Love that little pot! ❤❤❤
I'm glad. I rather love it too
Love the design and colors. I agree Eco Resin is different and projects will be different too!
I think so too!
Tracey, I was about to go out and buy a smaller whisk. Thank you for showing using a fork. DUH! I always use a fork for whipping my eggs. 😂😂😂😂😂 OK, The Top is so beautiful ❤❤❤. You scared me that you were going to go after the mold that was visually very wet😂😂😂 OH My! That pot is so very gorgeous 😍. Awesome. Phenomenal! Wow! I love it!
lol I just bought a small whisk since filming this, but a fork seems to work very well indeed
That came out fantastic, well done 😊
Thank you! 😊
Very cool Tracey! I love it. Can't wait to try it myself.
Have fun!
That turned out beautifully! Now I have to try it.
It’s fun to do. Enjoy 😊
Really great results, and I love that mold.
I checked it out, FREE shipping to the US from AUS, very nice price!
I wonder how on earth they manage to absorb the shipping cost like that. Amazing isn't it
Absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you! 😊
I think it’s gorgeous 👍
Thanks 😊
Your jar turned out “funky gorgeous” !
I love it !
I’m getting that mold ++ !
Thank you !

Have fun! I do love their moulds. The frames on the latest ones are magnetic so you don't need the clips too. Don't forget to grab my discount code from the video info :)
This was such fun to watch 😍 What fab moulds!!
They are! I am going to try their resin alternative, but Eco Pour is the way to go for me - so much simpler to use :)
I love it! I need some of these molds. The layers are amazing. 😍
They are lovely. I'll be buying some more I think
I love how it worked out ❤
Thanks, was fun to do too
Oooo this is lovely…and I love your approach to handmade. Somehow I have a split reaction to the ‘imperfections’ - in other people’s work, I love it but, in my own, I get all over critical 🙄😂 Anyway, thank you for yet another great video
Thanks, glad you liked this one
It looks like good pottery. ❣️
Thanks. I love that mould
Really very pretty.
Thank you! 😊
Adorable!
Glad you like it. I do love that mould
Very cute pot.
Thank you! 😊
Came out fantastic
Glad you like it
Lovely pot, thanks
Many thanks
🎉Very cool 😎!😊
Glad you like it
I love this; quite organic & original. I like hearing how you view eco and similar pours being a different medium. I like to be able to use molds with different types too.
I’m not quite ready to go with the flow, and not measure. I love your go for it attitude
Thank you so much! Yes you can just go with it with Eco Pour - no need to measure accurately at all. I only use materials that I don;t have to weigh or measure 100% accurately as I just can't handle that
Maybe let each layer dry completely if you want crisper lines, but I like the organic feel to this
yeh though if you let them dry too much the layers separate when you demould. it's a fine li ne really. just a couple of minutes more I think would have been just right
I absolutely love it. 😍😍😍
Thank you! 😊
This little pot turned out great!! Love it and may have to give eco pour a try!! Great video Tracey
Thanks so much 😊 Yes Eco Pour is fab. If you do, don't forget to grab the discount code from the video description
I love it.looks great ❤
Thank you! 😊
Absolutely stunning. Love the subtle angles of the lines. I wonder if this technique would still work with other molds, by just standing them on a slanted surface? Hmm something to try out me thinks lol. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to try my pigments I got myself for Christmas from HomeWare Designs now. They been sitting around waiting for me to get round to them lol. xx
Glad you like it. Most moulds this won’t work with, as I eco,an early in this video. They need to be either a rigid mould or one with a support case like this
So cute
Glad otu like it :)
That turned out so very nice, and I think the variegated lines make it interesting 😊
I think so too. Glad you like it Marcy
A foam insert in the center part of the mold will help retain its shape as well
yes but thick quality moulds in proper frames don;t need that :)
Stunning result, it really reminds me of Clarice Cliff ware. You're a genius Tracey 😃❤️🤗
I guess it's the bright colours - yes it kinda does give a Clarice Cliffe feel
That turned out really cute! I did some searching on the holographic eco-resin. And in every single video I found, they got the effect because they were using holographic film or a reflective inlay. I didn't watch them all because I didn't have that much interest. But none of them seem to be achieving the effect from the mold itself. I'm from the US, so I say mold and not mould. Sorry if it looks weird 😂
Oh thank you! I thought I was going crazy as I couldn't find it either. Yes, us Brits do like to add pointless letter U lol
Absolutely gorgeous Tracey, love the colours and pattern 😍
Thanks so much 😊
Tracey, this pot is drop dead gorgeous! I love it (especially in these colours!) Thanks for another great video.
So glad you liked it
Fabulous I love those colours together. I’m glad you got the stripe effect to work this time - it’s a gorgeous effect. I’ll need to check out those molds too. Thanks for sharing 😊
They are amazing moulds. I'm so glad you liked this one
Another wonderful project very effective … thanks for tips on the sealing wax too ❤
You are so welcome! I've used a few waxes and paint on sealers - this one is by far my new favourite. So much easier to use and to be more sure of not missing bits too
I love this pot Tracey! I love the swirled colors. Good job🐸
Thanks so much 😊
Gorgeous.
Thank you! 😊
OMG I love it. Turn out awesome!
Glad you like it
Very pretty❤❤
Thank you! 😊
@@miniscenesgbsome people aspire to vast clothing rooms, we want vast craft storage and all the power tools.😂
I absolutely love ecopour. I have made jewellery & all sorts. I’ve even managed to Figure out a way to fix bubbles after demold
Wonderful! I’d be really interested to see your work with Eco Pour. Do you have sa channel?
I think a tiny silicone spatula ( Emptying tiny jars or mixing face masks) would give you more satisfying results when scraping cup and pushing down into the mold. The longer handle ones would be useful for releasing those deeper molds. Keep up the good work, Fun and innovative ideas, thanks for sharing your ideas
I have those, I'm just not fussy which I use lol. I just grab something :) I never use anything for releasing moulds as it is too easy to dmage them. Never really need to to be honest, demoulding is usually so easy. Glad you're enjoying my videos :) Thanks for watching
I meant reaching in the molds, not releasing... typo queen strikes again 😊
@@ehirasuna2770 Okies. I have those but never use tools to reach into moulds for fear of damaging them. Not sure I ever need to reach into moulds really. I used the wooden stick here as it was the first thing I grabbed and I’d been sent a load to use 😊
Ooooh I like that, I just went for a shufty at some moulds on their website, oh dear oh dear, im going to be skint lol
Oh no! Lol. they are so worth it. I am amazed they aren't a lot more expensive for something of that quality, with the casing too. I'm going to end up collecting their moulds I think. and the Into Resin handmade crystal ones from my other recent video. I'm going to need a whole room for moulds at this rate lol
I love how this came out and your excitement is adorable!
Lol thanks. I have to say I was sooooo pleased how it came out. I love that mould
The pot is amazing! Colours, pattern and shape comes together so well.
Thanks so much 😊
Completely love the way that turned out. So cute. 😍 Just adorable. 💗
Thanks so much! 😊
That does look like some nice stable molds. Someday we will have to try Ecopour, but I prefer shiny resin for now.
I too prefer resin for most things, but it's nice to have options. Yes, they are great moulds :)
Oh, yes, always nice to have alternatives. I can see Ecopour for making plant pots as a great medium. Some day I will. Thanks for sharing it.
@@bobswihart ues for plant pots if you put the plant in another pot and pop in. or for plants that aren't too moisture loving. Definitely need a hole in the pot if the plant is going straight in. I'm just not sure I would be happy to have moisture loving plant so the eco pour is constantly wet. I need to do more testing with the new wax to be sure I think
@@miniscenesgb oh, I never thought about how it would do with moisture and if it would need sealed. Thanks for the information. How does it do outside?
@@bobswihart definitely not for outside, none of the eco casting powder resin alternatives are. I'll let you know how I get o with water. I know it's fine once sealed for things like soap dishes. I'm just unsure about constant damp like plants would be
very cool!
Thanks :)
I really really like it. All the imperfections make it even more beautiful.
Thank you so much!
I do like watching you videos. They are fun and you engage the viewer so well. I would like to know if is ok to share where to purchase this pot and lid mold along with the mold holder please?
Yes of course 😊 the link and my discount code are in the video description.
Honestly I love your videos, I usually don't like the natural look and adore resin for that reason but I LOVE this and am thinking of purchasing some when I next have some cash. Hugs from Derby xoxox
I'm so glad! This stuff is so easy to use, and I love it. I;m with you, I usually prefer shiny but I've worked out a few things I really love this Eco Pour for. When you order, don't forget to use my discount code. 15% is worth having :)
Wow! I liked this much more than I thought I would.
On the holographic disk? Have you tried topping it with some UV Resin to see if the holographic works?
Yes I have and no it doesn't. if you fill the tiny, tiny lines that make the holographic effect, you lose the holographic completely
@@miniscenesgb ahh - that makes sense. Thank you!
Hi Tracey, can you let me know what are the best acrylic pens to use on resin - I have tried a few just no good. I know in one of your videos you talked about it but I cannot find it. Thanks
Acrylic? I would say Posca, I only really use Posca for that sort of thing nowadays
I missed the chat 😞. But watched the replay 😜. Can this product be used in a balloon to make a vase?
I have never tried anything like that but when you say "in a balloon" surely that would make a solid oval blob? I'm not entirely sure what you mean jellybeans, sorry
@@miniscenesgb 😜 I know it sounds crazy.. saw a video of a girl using a balloon to make vases and she would turn the balloon round and round so the product would stay only on the surface inside
@@miniscenesgb Hi Tracey. I've just looked up Louise Singleton Creations, found what I was looking for, but it was resin she was using, not Jesmonite. Sorry about that.
Bye
Bye :)
