Absolutely! I like to think of ADHD as a different operating system - your daughter is running Mac in a Windows world! There's nothing wrong with that - but the instructions and patterns everybody else uses definitely aren't going to match how her brain works. I speak from experience, lol. Don't underestimate the power of ADHD coaching or medication either. I've personally found both to be extremely helpful, and would not be about to graduate medical school without them! God bless ❤
I have ADHD with anxiety and depression. Both of my children have ADHD with anxiety. They are both adults now. We worked on all of it together. I really want to read your book.

My son (16) and I both have ADHD and are reading the book together. After the part of the book with the letter to non-ADHDers, I looked over at him and he was like “whoa. They are in my brain. It’s creepy.” Thanks for making us feel seen- can’t wait to finish the book! If we don’t lose it, lol.

I got your book and it's amazing! The graphics, the similies, and the fun creative style of the book keep me reading, it's funny too, and the perspective is really from the POV of a person with ADHD, and they're not fancy doctors,. they're everyday people, writing from their own experiences. This book made me feel much better and is making me understand some of my kryptonites. I was reading another book but stopped because I was so caught up in this book. The stories are super relatable. I'm not diagnosed with ADHD, but I have a lot of the symptoms, and think I may have it; hearing the relatable experiences makes me feel better, like I'm not alone. I'm in part 1, I'm on the checklist part for the symptoms, and so far so good! I skimmed through the book and saw some great, eye-catching graphics, like bingo. I am definitely going to keep reading. I also am an elementary teacher with special ed kids in my class, so hearing it from their pov also makes me understand where they're coming from and I can put the practices and strategies from this AWESOME book, and implement them into my classroom. I love how they speak from their own experiences. This book makes people with non neurotypical brains, feel awesome! Thank you sooooooooo much! Phenomenal book! Great job! 😀😃😄

My brother and I have ADHD and he had to pee with the seat down too because he wakes me, my husband, and his girlfriend up when he pees in the middle of the night. 🤣🤣 Solutions they come in Manu forms with ADHD 🤣🤣🤣
Actually, (and I didn't believe it), in most countries men urinate sitting down. I forget where I heard that, but I have no reason to believe that it isn't true. It sort of makes sense... just leave the seat down and all your problems are solved 😆. Just remember, guys, more than 2 shakes and you're playing with it... not like that matters... it's there, play all you want. 😄

My has autism & has got a lot better through prayer but you also have to stop and remember she not broken. It's just a different way of thinking
