  • Transitions (like coming back to class after lunch) are often challenging for students. Try making it a daily practice to use a calming jar after lunch.
    When the students come in, turn on a regulating song and shake the calming jar, setting it down in the front of the classroom for them to watch.
    All you need to make your own jar is:
    ➡️ Glitter glue
    ➡️ Hot water
    ➡️ Sequins
    ➡️ A mason jar with a lid
