  • In this video, you will see how you can use a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor and a Hexapod to do your optical alignment.
    Thanks to the combination of the hexapod and the wavefront sensor you can move precisely any optical equipment in order to adjust the alignment.
    The Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is the HASO SWIR LIFT 160 from ‪@imagineoptic5430‬ and the Hexapod is the PUNA from ‪@SymetrieHexapods‬ :

    For example, is this video you can see that you can:
    - Use the live visualization and move the lens with the hexapod to find the position so that the radius of curvature is infinite: your beam is collimated!
    - Rotate your lens along the z-axis to visualize the astigmatism in both directions.
