Great mechanism. I've looked at a great deal of these, and you've sorted out an excellent system. Looks heavy, but I see you have the spring to compensate the weight. Very nice.

I need to hire your kid for a couple of Saturdays. I have some water line I need dug. Is he licensed, insured, and bonded? And is he smart enough to call before he digs? Have him give me a call. Oh and I won't need references I can see he knows what he's doing!

Honestly I have a huge drawer full of springs. I can tell you it's very stiff and has hook ends.
