Does this only work on a mobile device? I originally tried uploading on my PC and when I would watch the preview, it was lower quality than the original file.

Uploads from pc will be in full resolution. Maybe the original file wasn’t in 4k or maybe CZcams is just taking forever to process, compress and upload the full resolution file. Check back later to see if your video has full res options.

Most people view content on mobile at 1080p. So the mobile app limits uploads to 1080p. CZcams defaults I guess. All the best. 👍

tried this. the SD HD 4K squares are all blue-highlighted, which I think means it’s done processing. But when I go to youtube, I can only still watch up to 1080p. frustrating, idk what I did wrong.
