Yet, that's exactly what it is. Your sneaker collection wasn't stolen. 20 pairs, the number you stated, in a storage locker that you hadn't been to in 9 months got taken. None of which are pairs that are in your rotation or that you place in high standing in your collection as you left them in a storage locker for almost a year.

1. Most people probably think, "why would you leave that in a see-thru locker""you're just asking to get robbed""that's like leaving steak out in a thin see-thru box and expecting lions not to touch it" however,
2. These tenants pay good money for security. Not just the perimeter of the building. If that building has a specific area for storage lockers, should they be responsible for the security of these lockers?

I hate thieves I’ve been robbed a few times in the last couple months 3 times. My family has a small restaurant that has already been suffering and each of the 3 times a window was broken to gain entry which also cost $700 each time to fix. At least you got a lead on your culprits but ridiculous to do that to your fellow man.

I’ve experienced this maybe about 15yrs ago. I was moving from one residence to another. My parents sold the house we were living in. I let my parents talk me into moving all my sneakers separately. To make a long story short, ppl may have noticed that no one had been in the house for about a week or two and broke in and stole my entire collection (roughly 200 pairs). When I arrived a week after with a moving truck is when I discovered my shit was stolen. I swear on everything I love, I stood there and cried uncontrollably like a big baby because I spent years collecting and some of those shoes had never even been on my feet!!! They even stole a few Jeff Hamilton leather jackets that I owned and some of my brother’s comic collection. The violation and realization of knowing I wasn’t going to catch the chumps that stole my shit made me that upset that I couldn’t do anything but cry out of frustration. Social media wasn’t a major factor like it is today, so I wasn’t able to track down the ppl that stole my shit like you did. But I swear on everything I love when I say, if I did, I would have most definitely caught a case!!!
