Yes, great points. I think all of us have had a found a delivered record sitting below the mailbox in the blazing July sun. This of course after sitting in a couple of hot mail trucks for hours on end.
That's why I posted a sort of "heads up, folks." It is even more of a disaster if it still has the original shrink wrap on it.
@terrywho22 Interesting... as we're in the midst of a heat wave right now. Just had an album delivered. It was left on my concrete front porch. It was packaged in a cardboard box and inside of that what another cardboard album box. It wasn't delivered by USPS. The box was cold to the touch, as was the inner box. The delivery truck has AC.
