‪@volume7945‬ - Shut Down Band was formed in late 1980's by Kanai Pineri, his brother Douglas Pineri and Kabu Rita from Tavui# 1; ENB, as the front men.
The name ShutDown came about when the band members used to attend "Shut Down Operations" back in the days when Paguna Mining was in operation. So the name emreges from Bougainville(BCL).
This hit song was from their first recording under PGS, Rabaul(before eruption), which puts them into the nations Music spot light.
