People forget how everyone lived before the globe was industialized. Two major problems with elder people are withering muscles and osteoporosis and lifting weights delay that.
Im not saying everyone should look like a bodybuilder but having more muscle is always better up to a point.

You may think I'm excessive but here in Greece, although it is known for it's good weather and sea, I have been looking for animals, literally everywhere, but the only thing, and I mean it that you can find is cats and dogs in the street.

I am not a fan of competition. In this video Tiffany would have earned her $10 if she did even one. The point is to be more fit than you were yesterday, not others. If everyone got $10 for each push up, this planet would have billions of athletes. If only 1 in 10 won $100, then most people wouldn't bother trying.

I love how nick promotes fun with fitness! At the moment i am currently recovering from a broken foot and have had to stop running for 8 months. I am still not running and I’m not going to lie I am hating it so much. I should be able to run again in a few weeks but I’m trying to build fitness back. Any advice?
