So my wife just rolled a burrito unsuccessfully and we're watching this as a tutorial, and my one question is this: When I put my hands over my wife's and condescendingly guide her every step of the way, how do I avoid getting blood in the burrito when she punches me in the mouth?

susaninmaine it's an instructional video for restaurant employees. He's not micromanaging, all he's doing is making sure it gets done perfect for a youtube video. I do agree though why didn't he just do it himself, lol wouldve been way less awkward to watch.

GUYS, the trick is to steam the tortilla first, that makes it soft and stretchy. If you don't, it won't fold and will tear. Apparently this is how mexicans and restaurants do it, but they never tell you that! That's the secret.

Too undetailed I tried to slide the ticket but i didnt have a ticket and i had to buy mtn dew and then clean the ticket but it wasnt a ticket it was a receipt anyway i did it on a counter but ended up sliding the receipt off the counter and onto the stove which i was cooking the beef so i could make a burrito now its on fire how do i put it out when i dunk water onto it the beef gets wet and my stove makes weird noises (its a gas stove), and the flame returns and lights the receipt back on fire,
