Holy shit, I'm lucky I watched this before I decided to get the Mcfarlane DOOM one. Effing hell, the Slayer deserves better. I didn't have high hopes for it because Mcfarlane but somebody over there needs to eat a chainsaw for this travesty.
Yeah I really like the Mortal Kombat figures. Maybe not perfect but I think they are pretty cool. I don't have nearly as many issues with the Scorpion figure that was described. I'm excited for the Raiden and Johnny Cage that is coming out soon.
@@karl4006 that Sub-Zero made my top 10 of the best figure of 2019. I think a lot of people are hating on these figures is because storm collectibles charges $80 for a little bit more articulation. But I definitely do think McFarland is better detailed and a great price for these figures. And I seen that Raiden and he looks awesome! I can't wait!
Thanks to you and to my instinct I haven't bought any bad figures in 2019 so for me it's hard to create a 2019 top 10 worst figures of the year. I can do it based on your reviews and my list is almost the same as yours, I would have added a couple more Mattel DC Multiverse sharing the same spot with other figures . Thank you for helping me to avoid throwing money away, it's a very good service you provide to the action figure collecting community. P.S. I forgot I bought ML Cannonball but again thanks to you, I knew what I was getting, this character fills a spot in my collection until something better shows up.
I waited 8 months for my pre-order of that DC Lobo set. When I finally received it I don't think I could have been more disappointed. Hopefully McFarlane can do some good with the IP in 2020.

However, in my own defense, I knew I was being had before I purchased them because they're part of "BAF & CNC" waves and I got them all as complete sets. The absolute worst is Red Hood; I may not even remove him from the packaging. How does he have no guns??? And Cannonball... I just laughed as I bought that wave. Maybe we'll get a 3 pack with a completed version of him, Sunspot, & Feral next year, lol. At any rate, keep up the good work, bro.
I still think that Cannonball figure looks decent. Even if it had an interchangeable bottom half (i.e. legs) I think most people would still display it using the flame part

Is it me or do the Sub-Zero figures usually not great? I have two. The purple one which the left arm joint was too tight and I ended up breaking it. I ordered the blue bloody version which the left arm joint is tough but didn't break
I'd like to add that the MK11 character designs are horrible, which also makes the figures even worse. I don't understand why MK characters went from awesome simple designs to Assassin's Creed/World of Warcraft hybrid characters. Where did it all go so wrong?
I just keep my figures Unopened in the box so I never really understood why people care so much about articulation. I got all the doom figs and think they look great for the price. To me figs are decorations and fun to collect.
Well I do hate the fact the doom slayer has no articulation what so ever, I still had to get him because he is and might be the only doom slayer to ever come out at an affordable price but sucks that mcfarlan gives the fortnite figures the special treatment when both scorpion, sub-zero and doom slayer could’ve had the same thing, I hope in the future when the game doom eternal comes out another action figure company can have a go at it like storm collectables or neca.
It's probably the Dick Grayson Batman DC multiverse I saw the at Walmart and looked nothing like Dick Grayson. I hate how Mattel gave him like a smirked face or making him smile.
I agree with almost all of these, I dont think nighthawk is that bad. He could have done with some accessories to make him feel more worthwhile, maybe alternate heads or hands, but he's certainly not worst of the year worthy

I got really lucky on Doom Slayer. I had one in the warehouse that I work at that actually looked really well painted so I made sure it got to my local store and I managed to get it. The articulation turned out really good as well as I now have him in a similar pose to the OG Doom box art Doomguy. I love mine, and for whatever reason all of my bros say mine is miles better than their version of the figure. I don’t know what happened but I’m just thankful I had the luck I had. The two figures that I wanted the most were red hood and batman beyond. And they were some of the worst figures Mattel has produced!

I actually like the doom figure quite a bit. For 20 bux the paintjob and sculpt are pretty good, but it's lower body articulation is truely cancer.
