    This video highlights the steps for installing the Diode Dynamics Stealth LED Light Bar Kit for the 2015-2020 Chevy Colorado. Included in the kit are computer-designed brackets that allow a 30" Stage Series LED Light Bar to be mounted behind the lower grille for dramatically more light output!
    The LED light bar brackets are made with powdercoated steel for maximum durability. And since the LED light bar brackets are designed to use factory mounting points on the 2015+ Chevy Colorado, this kit is 100% bolt-on. There is NO cutting or drilling involved!
    As with all Diode Dynamics lighting products, our Stealth LED Light Bar Kit for the 2015+ Colorado was designed and tested right here in St. Louis, Missouri, and is backed by our 3-year warranty. Email us with any questions at contact@diodedynamics.com or call 314-205-3033.

      @@diodedynamics This is the one area I would like to see some options on. I have my ditch lights all set up but I'm struggling to find the right spot to mount/place the on/off switch on by Chevy Colorado. A video that demonstrates ideal switch locations and how to open up the paneling and install the switch would be helpful. There are some resources out there but most skip over how to take the paneling away and where good access points would be located. Any resource recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

    It was a perfect video until it was cut short. As others said it would have been nice to finish the wiring process of installation. I get some applications may be different but I feel a large majority could use the same. Even an example would be nice so people can add their own tweaks.

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  Před 4 lety

      This can be wired in a number of ways, and our wiring included in the kit is not plug-and-play, so it is up to the installer to decide how they want their kit to be routed. With that being said, this kit does include everything needed to wire the light bar up!

      Follow up question, will the flood and driving light combo option have the ability to switch between them? Like will it be possible to have only the driving on, but switch the flood on and off when necessary?

      @@alexgariepy1127 Hi there, Alex! Thank you for your support! This should not make any difference to your airflow! Unfortunately, they don't between the different optics. The whole light bar is powered at once when it is on. Sorry about that!

    How did you get the two 10mm Bolts back in that hold the bumper from the front? Does the light bar obstruct access to them (Reference 2:06)

    I bought a ss42 light bar in march and few days ago I noticed condensation , diode dynamics said it was normal

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  Před 7 měsíci

      A little bit of condensation is normal, especially in the spring and fall when the ambient temperature is much different than the lights.
      It's the same concept as taking a glass of ice water outside on a hot summer day, it's environmental condensation. If there is standing water inside the lens, that is cause for concern and we would be happy to correct it for you!
