I understand that he played smart n kept himself safe when Nayeem was in Bhongiri . His answers in Belli laltha case also not satisfactory. He is too clever to get involved in controversy. Very clearly he kept himself away in battle field but did a PhD in policing .what an irony . It is really hilarious to know this cop holds a PhD and now i seriously doubt the standards of JNTU university .
