- This is a walking tour of parts of Coronado Island, Hotel del Coronado, Little Italy and finishing with a beautiful sunset overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Mission Beach. The City of Coronado is a small beach community that was incorporated in 1890.
Hotel del Coronado. It is located on Coronado Island in San Diego California.
For its time it was the largest resort hotel in the world bosting 757 guest rooms.
Little Italy in San Diego is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, packed with international restaurants amazing patio cafés, brewpubs, grocery stores, trendy cocktail bars and much more.
If you are visiting the San Diego area these places are a must to visit.

That was a great trip to San Diego. Beautiful beach and sunset. Great views of the historic Hotel del Coronado and amazing views of Little Italy. So many nice places to eat and lots of venders. Also love all the video captures of the beautiful birds. Thanks for all the great information and amazing video footage.

Wow, it was a real Hollywood hot spot. I can see why though, it seems like it would have been a great getaway, especially back then. They probably had a ton of privacy. We've never been to San Diego or to Coronado Island, but it looks like a great destination. A lot of really nice boats and yachts moored there. Little Italy would be a fun place to go. I'd be eating everywhere. lol I'm sure they have some really authentic Italian food there. Beautiful wildlife. Great tour and video, like 495, thanks for sharing!

Where I met my late husband. We used to go over there and dance and have fun at McP's pub, many nights. Additionally, we'd stroll along the side of the Silver Strand State Beach, picking up beautiful shells. It was quite abundant back then. We lived near San Diego State College, with the Navy friends, and friends and relatives in Coronado Isand as well. Also loved Little Italy. Thank you for this video; missing Southern California.
