I couldn’t decide what to do with my hair to take a break from the wigs - this has inspired me to go back old school when I used to braid my own hair - long before the funds were available to get them done at the salon. What stood out the most while you were talking was how you said doing your hair is therapeutic. It’s definitely a way to escape and just focus on You. I get a lot of things accomplished in my head for upcoming projects or better ways to help my clients find coping skills and ways to manage their own stress.
