Hi and thank you for your comment. I have spent much more time with Nord 3 so I might be a bit biased, but in my opinion, these are very close contenders in terms of performance in every aspect, so it all comes down to two dimensions. The price and design. At the same price, I would probably go with the Nord 3 mainly because of the newer software and I bit slicker design. If I could find 10t at a lower price than Nord 3 I would probably go with 10t. I hope this helps! In the coming days, I have a camera comparison coming out between Nord 3 and Canon G7x mark ii. This might help as well so stay tuned!

It never ceases to amaze me how people can complain about a good phone at a good price.
This is NOT a flagship device yet people wine about it not having full flagship capabilities.
Even the Nord N30 is a very good phone for the average non technofile. At two hundred less than this phone. 299.00 on average here in the states. And people still moan that it doesn’t fully perform like a 1200.00 dollar flagship.
All y’all reviewers need to come to terms with the fact that 95% of the population of this planet don’t need the performance or hardware that you think you need. And those 95% don’t need to pay 1200.00 dollars for that hardware and performance they will NEVER take advantage of or push those devices to the extremes you think should be reachable.
Rather than reviewing these devices for what they don’t have or do. Which is a shortcoming in your minds.
You should be reviewing these devices for what they can do and do provide, and then let the viewer decide weather those qualities are what they are looking for.

Hi and thank you for your comment. Although I haven't had any experience with 13t, I believe they are very closely matched so you can't go wrong with either of them. With 13t you get a slightly better camera with while with Nord 3 you get faster charging and a bit higher screen resolution.
As an iPhone user I was dubious of any android. Android was my first smartphone. And not impressed with any of the phones, and I bought several brands to find something I liked.
Work forced an iPhone on me and two years later I had to admit tho I didn’t want to that for me iOS was better.
My first OnePlus phone was the 10t. And I was impressed. I’ve had that phone, the 10Pro, 11, Nord N30 and N3. And o love all of them. They all work very well even the N30 despite it having a two year old SOC. OP apparently does something that few android makers do. They fine tune the OS and UI to the hardware as best they can before putting a product out.
Plus the fact that Oxygen OS is very reminiscent of iOS doesn’t hurt as a iPhone user exploring the current android space.
Many people don’t like the current iteration of Oxygen OS. For me, it makes the experience.
