    Suggest leaving the washer jet in very hot water with a bit of vinegar for 30 minutes, or if you have one use an ultrasonic cleaner. This way you won't have to play with getting water nozzles re-directed and the cleaning should be better...

    Cheers for this, this really helped. It turned out that my car's blockage was further down, so once the nozzle was off, I needed something long and thin to shove down the hole. I found that a stripped earth wire from a section of twin & earth cable was ideal since it's flexible, thin and solid.

    This worked great with my Honda 2600 psi Pressure washer czcams.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP , it came with two different size adapters, and tread tape so you're ready to go. I used it on my sidewalk that was getting dark and it worked great with no sprayer streaks. Just back and forth, really easy and way better than the spray adapters that came with my Pressure washer.

      @@HatBoyHarvey I went to investigate, the nozzles are pretty corroded as you suggested so I cleaned them up, I made sure the water came out of the pipe to prove out the burst pipe theory thankfully it works, the only problem is someone has been there before me which I suspect was for a rear wiper delete (maybe) because the jets little round collar on the inside was broken, ordered a new jet from Autodoc part number 8V3955985 should anyone else need it 😊 thank you for the instructions and sorry it didn’t totally cure my issue this time

    • @HatBoyHarvey
      @HatBoyHarvey  Před 3 lety +2

      If you have a volt meter you can test to see if you are getting the same voltage from the bat + terminal to the body and various other parts such as the engine. Do this with both the engine off and then on. Turn your lights on to see what is going on with the flickering. Take a pour lead off the bat and car body and clean up the contact points and refit, if lead is bad replace.

      you need to gain access behind the plastic wheel arch lining and trim where you will find the rear jet pipe connector that is easy to push back on. Turn the road wheels before doing this makes it much easier :-)

      Hi, Sorry to hear your having problems with it. First check the fuse is OK if not replace if OK then check the motor pump under the wheel arch for power, first by listening with a friend activating the jet wash, if nothing then you will have to expose the pump by taking the bottom panel off and liner and bumper if necessary and test with a test lamp or multimeter. Hope this helps :-)
