Need po ba ng birth certificate ng beneficiary n I submit sa uscis? Kasi sa website checklist hindi nman included ang birth certificate
Kinuha kasi saken ng interviewer ang birth certificate ko during my US embassy interview. Just to be safe ay magprepare ka na rin ng birth certificate.

Maghintay po kayo ng NOA 1 and NOA2 (Notice of Action) manggagaling yun sa USCIS.

Just to be sure po ay pwede rin sya kumuha ng PSA birth certificate.
Is it true that you have to submit within 2 years of last seeing your beneficiary? I’ve completed my K-1 fiancé visa application but before I submit I recently heard that it has to be 2 years within seeing your fiancé. Thank you
Yes that’s right, it’s part of the requirements for the first form of the k1 visa application which is the I-129f form.
Hi po, I have a question, let say you passed the interview and then you received your k1-visa.
How long is the visa valid for? Do you have to buy a plane ticket right away? Or is it okay to wait for awhile 3-4 months?
The validity of visa depends on the applicant too, it varies. I’m not sure how US embassy decides on it but it’ll show on your passport, visa page once you have and then by that time you can determine wether you can book a ticket 3 or 4 months after. In my case I got May and visa validity was July.
just wanna ask as well if you're allowed to bring bag at least for the interview.
Bag is allowed as long as there’s no device like phone, usb or watch like Apple Watch and camera

hello just wanna ask po what if me and my fiance just met last month because of pandemic but we've been dating for a year now. can we apply for the k-1 visa?
One of the requirements will be is that you and your fiancé needs to meet in person for the last 2 years because they’re gonna ask for proof of relationship like pictures together.

Either of the 2 ay pwede naman sis, either Police Clearance or NBI ay pwede
Thank you for uploading! Did you choose your own schedule or did the embassy assign it for you? Currently waiting for our NVC number since we just got approved a few days ago! How long did you have to wait from noa2 until the embassy intv?
Yes po, I chose my own schedule for the interview last March but originally it was the US embassy that gave me a schedule (they sent it via email) however, I couldn’t make it because of my work so I just rescheduled it. From NOA2 to Eligibility letter was a month and a half then from that time waiting for the embassy interview was 2 years because of pandemic. But Good Luck with your Visa Application! 😁

simula ng nagpa schedule ka ng interview ilan weeks bago ka nabigyan ng date ng schedule mo kasi ako tapos na yun medical ko under sputum din ako ng email na kmi sa embassy ilan weeks ka mg intay para mais schdule? tnx
@@shelamay You’re welcome po ☺️ Typically what happens is that before the NOA2 expires, the case or application will be forwarded to the US Embassy already but because of the pandemic, if it’s getting closer to the expiration date then they would give more time for it. Also, aside from sending emails, you or your fiancé can also call them so you can get response much faster from them. 1-800-375-5283 USCIS phone number. Before we used to call them. Sorry for the late response too.
@@yolandadiscipulo5821 Because of the pandemic matagal po kame naghintay nung una 😅 March 2020 last kame nakareceive ng eligibility letter from US Embassy tapos Sept 2021 po ako nakareceive ng email. Di ako nakapainterview ng Sept 2021 kaya ako na lang po nagschedule ng interview ko last March 30 2022 tapos po ay April 28 ang nakuha na interview slot.

Nope, di po manggagaling sa US Embassy. Just search it on google, here’s the link

Then select DS 160 tapos fill out mo lang ang form online then once tapos ka na ay iprint mo lang ang confirmation page dahil yun lang ang kailangan sa interview.

Madam pano po to yung PSA ko kinuha ko 2019 si lisa grace nka pirma tom na interview,no time to get a new PSA.hnd ko kasi alam.

One possibility na mangyare po ay magiging 221g ang case nyo which means po na tuloy pa rin naman ang interview pero there’s a possibility na magrequest ang US embassy ng updated birth cert. Pero hopefully everything will go well with your interview. Good luck!!

@@vinalayson1022 Depende po sa telecounselor na ma-assign sa inyo po. Kung meron na po kayo telecounseling schedule at visa on hand ka na po ay mabilis na lang po yun, pwede na less than 5 days ay mareceive mo na po basta visa on hand ka na.
Helo Po we just received our NOA2 last August. How long to wait for the NVC LETTER?
We waited 1month para sa NVC letter pero that was before the pandemic. Hopefully Mabilis na ang USCIS ngayon
on which day you received your interview, what was the timelimit after fingerprint.
April 28 ang interview date ko po at same day ay dun na rin ang fingerprint, wala naman po time limit sa fingerprint at meron din mag assist sa fingerprint.

@@shemontesa130Ikaw po ang magpadala ng Cenomar sa interview. Pwede ka magorder online ng Cenomar tapos pwede mo na ipadeliver sa bahay nyo or kung meron PSA na malapit sa inyo ay pwede ka rin na dun na lang kumuha.

Ganyan din ang nangyare saken sis, dapat mo tawagan ang US Embassy para maupdate nila ang info mo sa database nila sis.

I filled out mine on 2020 and you have to print the page which is called “USA Visa Fee Deposit Slip” then just go to RCBC bank.
Ginupit niyo na po ba yung nbi clearance noong nagsubmit po kayo?
2 copies kasi ang binigay ng NBI saken kaya ginupit ko yung akin para isa lang ang sinubmit ko sa US embassy..
Hello po, do they mail u po ba the result or u can go to the embassy to pick it up?
You have the option to have it delivered via mail through LBC or pick-up option through LBC branch near you. Embassy will send it to LBC then LBC will deliver it to you.
Hello Trician may tanong lang ako yung cenomar ko ang spelling ng Caloocan ay C sa BC ko ay K means Kaloocan yung kasi ang lumabas ng kumuha ako ng certeficate of no matriage C may problima ba yun?
As long as updated naman po ang BC at Cenomar nyo po ay okay po yun. Dahil ang icheck po nila ay kung PSA certified na ang BC at Cenomar.

Pwede mo pa din naman i copy para sa records mo. Mas maganda na meron ka rin copy para in the future may reference ka ☺️

Please visit the USCIS website and you can search there the I-129f Form. That’s the very first form your bf has to fill out so he can file for a petition for your k1 visa or fiancé visa. Good luck on your application 😁☺️

@@mafecordeta8100 Unpredictable po talaga ang NVC at si US embassy kaya no choice kame noon kundi maghintay talaga 😅 Di na po kame mag follow up that time dahil nung nareceive po namen ang notif from NVC sila na po mismo nagsabi ng timeframe na it might take 3-4weeks para sa eligibility letter

My full name and date of birth
What’s your fiancé’s full name and date of birth?
Where does he live?
What is his work?
When was the last time he visited me?
How did we meet?

As long as it’s still giving you the option to edit or change then that should be okay and basta di ka pa na-interview. Pero kung nainterview ka na ay wag mo na lang baguhin para di maconfuse ang US embassy sa mailing address.

Wala po question sa oath-taking, meron lang idictate ang consulate na parang pledge tapos you’ll just have to say “yes”.

Our first application was received on October 2019 po and then we finally got the visa on May 2022. There was a huge delay because of the pandemic po

Is IRS, income tax return and 1040 are all the same thing?
Nope, magkaiba po. 1040 is the income tax return while the IRS is the tax return transcript. Yung IRS ay dun nakalista lahat in detailed kung ano yung mga naging taxes halimbawa nagtravel ka or kumain sa restaurant then yung mga tax sa travel at food ay makikita yun sa IRS.

Magkaiba po yun sis. Yung 1040 po ay para sa income tax return tapos yung IRS Transcript naman po ay andun yung mga nakaltas na taxes

Kung wala po pandemic ay nasa 6-8 months lang po sana ang paghihintay pero dahil sa pandemic po ay inabot kami ng 2 years. Pero pag natapos na po ang interview ay Mabilis na lang po, nasa 2 weeks na lang po ang paghihintay. Pinakamatagal lang po talaga na paghihintay ay ang sa interview schedule.

@@klaytyson1978 Yes, Mabilis na lang. Magkakaron na lang siguro ng delay sa delivery ng visa. Pero you have the option to pick up the visa sa LBC branch. If malapit ka sa Manila, I suggest na sa MOA LBc branch mo kunin dahil yun ang main ng LBC when it comes sa visa

CFO Requirements are una passport mo, pangalawa passport ng petitioner mo, pangatlo your visa tas pangapat marriage certificate (only if married).
Bago ka magpunta for interview ay scan mo na passport mo kasi pag passed sa interview ay kukunin na ng consul ang passport. Then pag meron ka ng counselor for CFO ay depende na sa counselor if mag ask pa sila ng requirements. Case to case basis din ang counselor. Meron di na nanghingi ng requirements tas meron din naman na nag ask pa ng further requirements. Hope that helps 😁

Because of Covid po ay inabot ng 2 years pero kung ibabawas naten ang Covid ay nasa 6months lang sana
Ano po sasabihin sa oat po?
I-guide ka po ni Consulate, sila ang magdidictate then i-follow mo lang yung Consulate para sa oat

Not necessarily po, pwede rin po sa province dahil telecounseling na po ang CFO at via online na lang po ang procedures nila.

How long po na recieved ninyo visa onhand packet niyo after na approved po kayo?
7 days, meron kasi holiday nung May 3 Edil Fitir kaya umabot ng 7 days. Pick up sa LBC MOA branch ang ginawa ko.
