Everyone forgets that, in the first film, Tarkin was in charge. The Emperor as a character had barely been moved past a rough draft(by then Lucas had it in mind the Emperor was good but stupid, a puppet used by the senators 7 moffs) and is only mentioned one time in passing in the movie. Vader is more or less an enforcer to Tarkin, someone with flimsy backstory given and "Darth" at the time was probably his name. Much of the established "lore" wasn't even written yet. Making a lot of changes then writing the franchise out of order probably caused more problems than it fixed, in hindsight.

The original Star Wars movies were perfect but this made me really wish so much that this happened I would’ve loved to see this on the big screen
Perfect is going a little far. One of the greatest Sith ever was picked up and tossed like an old man down the stairs. The movies were very good overall, but stuff like that can't be washed away with "technology of the time" or nostalgia
I would settle for a half decent fan film

Anakin/Vader is by far my favorite SW character and this would no doubt be really cool to watch...but the fact is, Vader had to die at the end. He was irredeemable after all the atrocities he'd committed, no amount of remorse could rectify what he'd done. I do think Anakin's "destiny" lay incomplete (as he while did technically bring balance to the force by wiping out both the jedi and the sith- yes I'm choosing to blatantly ignore RoS-, he never got a chance to truly reach his power potential as the chosen one as the clone wars teased it) but to have their story cut short is the nature of a tragic character like him and fits nicely.

That would be cool due to vaders redemption in a good way and definitely the way the Jedi should be he changed the way the Jedi were and are he at least compared to before despite how it technically always was the same vader made the Jedi where it’s not about the light side or dark side it’s about the force itself balance and where someone could choose and go back and forth like himself for example and Luke and vader when he killed sidious did fulfill the rule of two and Luke became his apprentice so vader is now the master and Luke is the apprentice

Two thoughts...first, I don't think Anakin should be using his old suit. The suit was deliberately designed by Palpatine to be intimidating to others and painful to Vader himself. There should be a mention of replacing the suit with a new one, perhaps one modeled on the Jedi temple guards.
Second, the name Vader shouldn't be used nearly as much in this story. After his redemption, Vader was destroyed, and Anakin returned. The names used in the story should reflect this.
I agree that the name Vader is used used too much in the wording of this video (still an enjoyable video, though). And the armor should definitely be changed. I suppose it wouldn't have come up yet with so much going on (i.e., the rebels pursuing Luke and Anakin and Anakin barely managing to survive). Basing the new armor on Jedi temple guards is a great idea! Or maybe basing it on something else in Jedi history/culture that we haven't seen yet. ........... When Star Wars Infinities (briefly) explored this scenario, they merely had Anakin in the same armor only white. I thought the redesign needed to be more profound.
FreedomforHaiti You're right, I can imagine that there just might not be time to build a whole replacement suit for Anakin before breaking him out. It's probably something that should have been mentioned after the break out.
Yes, I think the video should've gone on long enough to address this. The armor's a huge part of Vader's persona and is one of the first things I think of when this scenario comes to mind.

More than likely Kylo Ren would not exist as he'd more than likely have remained Ben Solo. A loss I'm sure a lot of us would accept and be content with.
Not exactly, Kylo Ren or Ben Solo as is his actual name. Was always different at the academy than other students. If Vadar had turned back to the Jedi Order its possible Ben Solo wouldn't have turned but his curiosity of the power the dark side holds from stories I'm sure Anakin would share would probably peek his interest, only furthering his fall to the Dark side. Also Vadar had nothing to do with the rise of Kylo Ren. The betrayal and fear for his life from Luke turned Ben Solo to the dark side and ultimately into Kylo Ren. But I like where your head is at.

Luke, Anakin, Mara, Juno, Kota now team up and start the eradication of criminal gangs on Tatooine (oh I forgot he hates sand). Mon Mothma's date with Admiral "it's a trap". The marriage of Solo and Leia and then they gain Anakin, Jacen and Jaina Solo. Luke and Mara Jade get married and have Ben Skywalker.
Star Wars Ep 8 should be where Luke and Anakin are guided by force ghost of Qui Gon, Starkiller and Dooku, thus reforming a new incarnation of Jedi order. Katarn's training to be a jedi maybe by Luke or even Anakin. The whole events should take place during Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds (Chewbacca's campaign) and till Liberation of Kessel. Chewbacca's son named Lowbacca. Jacen's fall to the dark side.

In some of the books the empire did have better and proposed better equipment for vader but palps chose not too so vader would remain weaker than him.

I think Vader had to die exactly because he was so awesome. Sometimes a character transcends his setting so greatly that the setting runs the risk of becoming all about the character. Vader is an example of this. I think Swars needs to break away from that and spend a lot of time telling stories that aren't about Vader.

My say the Empire would never rise as the Sith would be made extinct by full might of the Jed, or Anakin could have helped the Jedi evacuate the Jedi Temple by sacrificing himself after telling Mace Windu to go and get the younger Jedi off Coruscant as well as tell Windu about his wife being pregnant with his kid (which he hopes is a girl).

Would Order 66 even be issued? I know Sidious had a huge number of Orders implanted into the clones, and some might be contingencies that are activated with the news of his death. But Order 66 was definately an order that Sidious needed to personally activate, which he could never do due to Anakin allowing Windu to execute him on the spot.
News of Sidious's death would be slow to spread due to being only witnessed by Anakin and Windu. The Jedi would use the time to investigate the deceased Sith Lord's influence in the senate and armed forces, and would likely discover the Clone Wars was instigated by Sidious who played both sides. The Jedi could inform the trustworthy senators who would in turn back the Jedi and ugre the Republic to sue for peace with the Separatists. Since the Separatist no longer have the backing of their Sith Lord, they would likely quickly fall in line.
The Jedi would probably also learn the truth about the clone army from their investigation, but even if they don't they would still be on alert since the clone army was the Sidious's pet project. If the Clone Army does eventually rebel due to some hidden order activating with Sidious's death, the galaxy will again be thrown into turmoil. But since the Jedi and their allies had time to prepare, don't have a second enemy to occupy them, it is unlikely the Clones would be able to wipe out the Jedi, especially since there are no living Sith to lead them.

If Vader survived, could have and would have prevented Ben Solo from turning into Kylo Ren, and Rey from being a member of the force?
If Vader also survived, how would Stormtroopers or any survivors of the Empire's destruction react to him, and how would he defend himself if they either found out he changed or tried to manipulate him into rejoining the dark side?
1. Yes, Rey would probably sense Kylo one day since they're a dyad, and well this might be a marriage
2. I think there will be a formal peace, and a treaty with Vader will have a much greater effect on the Imperial remnants, probably weakening them significantly

Also, I don't think Anakin could truly have survived the shame of everything he had done. The way he died said everything we needed to know about who he was and how he felt. "It is too late for me, son," Vader, or perhaps it was Anakin even then, trying to find a way out, said at the shuttle pad. After the throne room, it was more than just too late to save his physical body, but too late for true redemption. Anakin's last act had been not just for redemption or a symbol of his change, but largely motivated almost exclusively to save his son, at any cost. Anakin came with him to the shuttle not because he thought he would live to escape, he had to know he was dying. He came because he realized Luke would never leave without him, and he could not save him only to let him die now.

Anakin turned back to the light, but that doesn't erase the terrible things he had done. Most likely, after turning back to the light, the shame and guilt for all the evil he did and the pain he caused onto others would have been too much for him. He wouldn't have been able to live with himself.

I highly doubt Palpatine could take on both of them at once.
Me neither, and he lost his lightsaber. So it would be him versus Windu and Anakyn, he would never win. Probably they would be able to prove that Palpatine was responsible for the war.

it just a trick to persuade Anakin, Palpatine know Anakin will fall...it is his destiny, he have foreseen it...but the future is always in motion, so if Anakin didn't fall, Palpatine will kill both of them then create a cover up story that Windu try to kill him, Jedi want to take over, Anakin try to save him but die, execute order 66
It will not be as grand as if Anakin fall, but there is no other way, some Jedi will resist the clones at Jedi temple, but they're outnumbered, some manage to escape...but they cannot face Palpatine because they have being labelled traitor. Palpatine create Galactic Empire anyway but not as successful, sooner or later many corruptions exposed...Palpatine must seek new apprentice as soon as possible to hunt down the Jedi and cover up all traces
