Has a Portuguese man , I absolutely love the sound of the Armenian Duduk it goes back 3000 years ago , it is to me one of the most nostalgic beautiful sound I ever heard .

Duduk looks quite similar to the chanter on Scottish bagpipes. Is there a certain blowing skill needed like a flute or does it play more like a recorder? I would love to try this instrument. Such haunting minimalism.
This is the most beautiful sounding instrument I’ve ever heard. It’s like chocolate for the ears. Is it as hard to play as the oboe? Or perhaps harder?
Hi! I’ve never tried to play oboe but must be similar since both of them have reeds. But I think that duduk is a bit easier to play.
