As for we both play the different versions of animal jam so mine and his are both unique and different in their own way. Comment what you think are items that lost a huge amount of their worth. Also Iâm aware these items are still actually rare to some people but this video is all about items that were super rare then stripped from that tittle due to a reason.

I used to have 11 raccoon tails in total. The reason I was able to get so many was because I noticed how the forest set items were obtainable back when they were in the tiger treasure hunt as opposed to the raccoon tails which were unobtainable, and people were trading tons of them for forest items. I took advantage of that sudden spike to collect as many raccoon tails as I could get. Itâs still one of my proudest investments.

Dang, I remember when flower crowns were rare. I logged on one day and traded my rarest item at the time, a red rc, for a red flower crown. I told my friend about it and she told me they were back in stores. A few months later I somehow traded my way to blue wind and forest, and then that same friend hacked me and stole them. Ive never gotten my worth back up X'D

I forget the exact worth, but EVERYONE wanted them! When they came back my sister got scammed as soon as sheâd logged on... someone offered it for a decent item that was under on my sisters side, so of course she accepted! We where so happy because that was our goal for a long time.... then we checked epic wonders to find it there :â)

I bought the artic wolf set with the Christmas set with real money before sapphires.

Itâs sad that a lot of these items arenât considered rare anymore. I still love flower crowns and a lot of the others, so it makes me kind of sad. I hope they gain rarity again someday.

I honestly think that raccoon tails are the rare spiked collars of ajpw. everyone will say they're rare but not really that much now. They still have some value, like black longs but aren't as rare as they used to be
I have seen a wind up key 5 times and I have seen the chops thing once. now I think flower crowns should never come back and become rare again. ANIMAL JAM MUST FIX THE TRADING SYSTEM IM GETTING SCAMMED WAY TO MUCH

I remember when flower crowns ruby earrings and bunny ear headband things came back. all typical rare arctic wolf accessories (I do not know how rare the earrings or bunny ear things where I just know they were very liked) I remember the angry rare kiddos aswell XD
Blackout spikes went down in worth to. So did propeller hats, propeller hats used to be worth cuffs. Lizards went down a lot to cri.

Yesss, Iâve been playing since late 2015, and honestly I can just recall how dj headsets were almost unheard of. Along with the faerie wings, like there was a singular pair that existed, the pink ones, such as with dragon wings and raccoon tails. But the flower crowns returning was definitely not great. But thereâs definitely more examples for items that have diminished in worth greatly, like Jam wings, rare curly antlers, fireflies, blackout, griffin wings back when membership first started, alpha armor as well, no doubt.
just stumbled upon your channel and wanted to say that i love your art and videos. this video was fantastic, and it was fun to look back on memories! yikes, i haven't played aj in a good minute lol. i've played since the very start though i was not big on trading at all. i still adore the game and ive made so many good friends though it, but i don't see myself logging on everyday anymore. it just feels so mundane and ive changed as a person so much. seeing aj youtubers like you continue to do their thing and have fun with animal jam makes me want to revisit it. aside from my long tangent, keep up the phenomenal work and have a great day! you earned yourself a subscriber.

Well I remember when I first joined ajpw (this was the Spanish server, where very few jammers had items like forest, blackout, or even cuffs!!) double tails were the RAREST item. Like really, everyone wanted it. And rainbow spike, dizzy stars, outback, nutcracker, ballet tutu, feline collar, light up set and all these items were like so rare? I joined AJ in 2018, i remember artic foxes and Arabian horses in stores (they were my dreamed animals), and my dreamed item was white tip, because I tried it in best dressed and absolutely LOVED it. And over a few weeks later someone had it and told me they would accept any rare item (with the rare tag) for them, I offered for it some rims with rare tag but I don't remember what happened but I didn't got the tail. Then I started playing a lot more and got "rare". I remember being quite popular because I was "one of the rarest jammers" and my best items were double tail, dizzy stars, rainbow spike and light up set (wOw) but yeah. I really thought double tail was the rarest item in the game, when I got one I was so excited... Omg this made me feel nostalgic đđ

I rember forest gauntlets use to be SOOOOOOO wanted but then it gone so downhill
I think people really liked that one wallpaper, space nebula or something whatever it's called, everyone wanted it, and then they introduced the floors and wallpapers shop which meant they could be sold just for like 1000 gems

I actually got my first flower crown 2 days before they got released in Epic Wonders. It was a blue flower crown that I got gifted from a friend. I was really happy because I finally had my dream item. 2 days later I raged and you know. đđ«

I had an experience for rc tails, I was offering 2 blackout spikes and 1 pair of forest gauntlets. Yet every single time everyone would decline. That's until they decreased in worth, soo I kinda stopped looking for one lol
either drag went down or bowtie went up - i used to get trades like wb, forest and add for my grey drag (again this was waaaay back) though i never accepted i remember that being fair.
When flower crowns where rare, I did not know worth, I had one but I traded it for an instore item. Evryone has gone through that

What I think is really weird is founders items. I've started playing a again recently and I found out a bunch of things I have are rare now, and it is really weird because out of all the things I have, the founders items seem like the things people care about least. If I walk around with galaxy wings I get constant trade requests, but no one has once tried to trade me for my founders items. It's weird because I see lots of players with the wings, but haven't seen anyone with the founders items once in the three weeks I've played.
i remember at one point when flame tipped wings were very common, i stopped playing the game for a few years but decided to come back. They weren't selling them anymore and ppl kept acting like they wanted it really badly? i was very confused- same with the lepord print bean bag chairs. i got those at jam mart furniture and now their gone, kinda funny how a items worth can change in a matter of months/years.
I stopped playing animal jam (the mobile version around 2018 and the desktop version in 2019) and it's really nostalgic watching your videos and reminiscing on what's changed

The Winged Shoes are probably one of the most rarest. Iâm not talking about the rare version, that one is even more obtainable than the normal version.

you should make the sketch with a thinner brush so the line art ends up clearer it doesnât look bad but it would make some difference in youre art

i remember one time a few years back i traded alot of my rares for a pair of nutcracker boots only for them to come back in stores not even 2 weeks after i got them, i traded away red rocker hair and i think a pink flower crown plus a couple others (look it was a really long time ago i just remember crying when i saw they came back in stores)
I remember working very hard to get the full ballet set and trading a LOT to get it then I finally got all the pieces and it has since been my main look on AJ

I used to play ajpw and I had a black spiked collar which was really rare but i gave it to my best ajpw friend before i became inactive. And one of my other friends gave me a flower crown before they went in shops. I also had a firefly which was also rare. Oh my goodness. I remember the one friend would borrow the other friendâ items then pretend they got scammed. So we sorta stopped trusting them and grew apart from them, but I was still in touch with the first friend. I loved her so much and she was like a sister to me.
And the âpretend items got scammedâ friend said she gave me her black spiked collar, but i specifically remember taking it from an alt account, so idk. OHM MY GOSH THIS VIDEO GIVES ME NOSTALGIA SO BADDDDD

I remember this one time I was just trying to run away from a guest or new jsmmer. Then some one traded a bunch of other flower crowns for my yellow one. I never really cared for them so I just accepted but then they canceled. They said something like " hahah! I have more than you! I'm rich! " . I didn't do anything tho since i was distracted by the guest jammer. Now when I think about it, I kind of wish I should've said soemthing. I think this happened during when flower crowns have stared to not get as popular. ( I'm not sure if thid actualy happened) Or its when rare cat unshanka hats were kind of wanted ( same goes with bunny ears )
Honestly the rainbow set is still extremely rare because they haven't been in stores for years and I have the entire set.

Back when the flower crowns came back I was scammed cuz i didnt know they were in stores.
The person who scammed me did it by trade, offering a green flowercrown (used to be the highest colour) for my feather ears from the feather set (which also used to be rare), I accepted the trade thinking they just reeeeeally wanted the feather ears but was soon let down as I noticed that flower crowns were in epic wonders TwT

Yeah I got my first rc tail like 3-4 days ago noticed no one really wanted it (I won it) but the best trade so far is lowest archer hat and rare leaf cuffs (the tail I have is the red)
