Completely agree with you! IG was destroying me mentally and once I deactivated it I noticed such a shift in my life. I beat myself up on my one, I don’t need social media adding to that. So many people pretending to be perfect and happy when we all know they’re not. So unhealthy
You have the power to choose what you consume. When you eat crap, you’re going to feel like crap. I follow a bunch of nature/wildlife Instagram accounts and I never feel like I need to have a break from social media. You should feel inspired by the accounts you follow, if you don’t, unfollow. Also, don’t believe everything you see on social media. We’re all fighting different kinds of battles behind the scenes. You should feel happy for people when you see other’s doing good, if you don’t, do some soul searching/self healing. ❤️❤️❤️

As soon as you said fungal acne I ran to get my notebook and pen because I know exactly what that texture/sensitivity is! The worsttttttt. Literally makes your face look old and dry like a sponge. Makeup would def make it worse :( gonna try these :)

I struggled with fungal acne FOREVER, especially on my forehead. Also different skin issues and sensitivity and guess what LOLLLLLL my holy grail that heals my skin issues is 3 products. 1 is black seed oil, 2 is dry skin moisturizers 3 is healing ointment at night. I would spot test the black seed oil on a small problem area. If anyone ever used or even takes black seed oil supplements tell me your experience. I can't be the only one to find this to be the BEST skin product I have ever used. It has rapidly healed my cold sore, ingrown hair, different textures on skin ei KP, acne, fungal acne, and dandruff. Basically skin irritation and abnormality.
