Here's an older version of The MPDB: Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing. Cause his main purpose in that film was to open up the mind and the sexuality of the Jennifer Grey "Baby" Charater . He introduced her to a world outside her sheltered existence and he was a huge part of her rite of passage or coming of age as a woman. And some people say Peter Pan fits into that too

I totally agree with Titanic. I would add Jack Sparrow to the list. Even tho he is a manic pixie dream boy to Will Turner and not a woman. I don't think it always has to be a love interest. Same goes for Ferris Bueller and Cameron. The girls in those movies are inconsequential. But Jack and Ferris are absolutely Manic Pixie Dream Boys.
