Hi, Shawnyrick. Great waterproofing video. I have the Eagle One version, I'm guessing the same process can be applied? Or are there any more holes that I need to cover more than the Pros. Thanks a lot for the tips! 👌 New sub here.

Quick question I just received my eagle one pro scooter and the steering is very stiff. Is there any way to loosening up the steering?

It does take awhile to get use to how it handles but not long. Once you get use to the steering and get use to how it rides then you will begin to love it. I have a first time rider video I just did before this one that you could check out may help you with some pointers as well

@@Shawnyricks-E-rides ok thanks but is that normal for the steering to be so stiff customer service told me that after I ride it for a while that it will loosen up.

It depends on what your use to riding if you have been riding the eagle one then Yes it will feel different for a bit. And it having the 11inch tubeless tires which are wider will also make it feel different for a bit as well. Each scooter is always a bit different to handle at first. Now that I have 180 miles on my E1pro I think its the best handling scooter Varla has made.

You can take off the front swing arm from the stem by removing the large bolt in the stem, from there you can remove the rubber ring that Varla uses to create the damping effect. Mine didn’t come with one, I recieved one to put in, but I am already used to the steering, and from what I understand, it wears down at varying rates
