The more I see and listen, the more I'm getting convinced that they are actually listening to the fans. Admissions of errors and acknowledgement of areas to improve is hard to do for anyone, especially in leader roles. Speakman has earned some kudos from me here.
Great to get good news recently on shop, kit, new manager and Rigg extension incoming. Now we want same as Kyril - a striker who scores goals. DM would be nice too.

Let Regis Le Bris do his own stuff with his own back room staff and Speakman stay away from training and do your job find a couple of experience strikers cheers ✅👍
Regis Le Bris is very welcome for me from the start. I have seen quite a few of his matches (I have lived in France for a lot of years) and now hop around a number of countries, including UK. I like his style. Well done to our owners. They are willingly learning. I wish them well.
Speakman has to keep away from the training and let Regis bring in his own coaching staff, this will help with new ideas. Dobbs and Prudhoe send packing they are one part of last season failure and you can quest who played a part in the failure Mister Smooth taking Speakman.
