- In this episode I go down to San Diego with the Super Squad to Revolution Bike Shop. This was the worlds largest groupride recorded. At least thats what everyone has been saying that day. We got together to bring donations of canned goods to support the San Diego Food Bank. The turnout was well over 200 riders. Come along for this absolutely epic group ride.

I would say either the R or the S2. They both should be about the same. I can get about 30 miles on full charge when going full throttle

Somebody’s gotta do a video on all the different type of electric vehicle people there are. Like a fetish list. You got strict Pedal assist guys that would never use a throttle with their noses in the air, you got the wheelie Sur Ron guys but are always looking over the shoulder to see if they’re going to get arrested by the cops, you got the super73 / Revv1 “too cool for school” people, the stealth Evite guys, the Karin that just went down to the local bike shop and got a step step through with a basket, the scooter people, there’s the skate board land surfers, the one wheel flying boards, the insane unicycle guys… then the others… the big wheel load of the ground riders, the guy riding a igloo cooler, and the crazy homemades… it’s like I totally different ecosystem out there. 😂

Hey Ernie, I usually just try and go with the flow with the length of the videos. However CZcams algorithm definitely will push videos that are 20 minuets or longer more than videos that are under 20 minuets. The whole algorithm thing is crazy haha. Thanks for watching bro!! 🍻🍻

Basically it’s just a bunch of us that live in this area and I just posted it to my Instagram account as well as other people shared to their stories and we were able to get a local food bank to get involved so we are brought food to be able to donate

There was definitely a few there I believe. We ride with E Scooters 🛴 all the time. Some of them are extremely fast!

This looks fun and all but this kind of group rides will definitely contribute to the banning of ebikes. 😔
I’m not sure if I can fully agree with that comment. This was a very well planned ride. The local law enforcement was informed about the ride and we had escorts that was helping to stop traffic where needed and we had a support vehicle at the back of the group incase someone had a problem and needed assistance.

I think that what hurts the ebike community the most is when I see 3 fifteen year old kids wearing no helmets all riding on the same ebike riding in traffic going full throttle. I see this almost every day where I live and to me that is much more of a negative thing for the community than us banning together donating to the local food bank and riding together.
Even if it was very well planned and even if local law enforcement was notified. The way people rode was a different story. Occupying the whole road instead of 1 or 2 lanes, riding on the other side of the road, blowing through stop signs/lights, not giving way to pedestrians, not letting other cars pass. Only thing missing are people doing stunts. I get its going to be hard to control peoples actions when organizing group rides this big, that’s why im not a huge fan of group rides of more than 10 people.

Yeah i fully agree that a huge part of whats going to get ebikes banned are kids on ebikes but if you go to big cities its adults on ebikes who will get it banned. Check out san clemente life and laguna niguel fb page and you’ll see tons of people are trying to get ebikes regulated and banned on trails i rarely see anyone defending ebikes and its really getting hard to defend ebikes with the way a lot of people ride it.
