I think the jack shaft is a bit over extended too, that would be a good candidate for the 1" spacer at the transmission output flange. Love the videos btw
That doesnt really have as much in and out play like the drive shafts will have during articulation does it.

The 6.0 is fairly familiar, worked for International back in mid 90's. I can pay for your help, just don't want to throw parts in to try to fix. Thanks for any info.
