Adding the compatible firmware backup is a great idea. In some industries, having to recompile the project due to a firmware update could be costly like when purchasing a newer replacement panel.

Hello i have a problem in a HMI EA7-T8C, the screen its in black and a message i couldn´t find on any Manual, the screen says
Please update the panel using Recovery Mode in Programing Software. but i cant find Recovery Mode, Someone can help me please.

Anshul, since the USB driver is an emulated network connection, you may be having a firewall issue. Try disabling windows firewall or any other firewall. If this doesn't work, I would advise contacting Tech support at 1-800-633-0405
