- C&C Red Alert 3 World in Conflict MOD v2.62A. The war gone wild when able to train Tier 6! Although can train directly, but it is costly and much weaker than normal Tier 6

12:59 Tier 6 finish training
13:29 Sending Tier 6 into enemy base. (I'm WRONG, it die quickly!)
13:49 Sending Tier6 to MID
14:27 2nd Tier6 die, they really weak or enemy Fighter too powerful, lol
At last, total 3 Tier6 dead. Should let them stay at home and fire at will since they having full map attack range.

Looks like the Empire of the Rising Sun has now space navy ships that would take over the world through military force and conquered the enemies at ease. The Allies and Soviet won't stand the chance against them.
Soviet got AA unit that having full map attack range.
Not only that but they defeated 2 large space empires on their own and now they have technologies that the Allies and the Soviet cannot even comprehend

The lastest 2.73b is Chinese, or 2.62a is English which I was playing now.
Go to my Documents, inside will having Red Alert 3. Click inside, there was Mods folder.
Inside the Zip file, there was a folder name WIC, unzip the WIC into the Mods folder.
If you are using STEAM version:
Open steam library, right click on RA3, select properties, At General Tab, the bottom Launch Option, select Ask when Starting Game, and the empty Box below put -ui
Lastly, when you start RA3, will open a Panel, choose Game Browser and select the MOD you want
