She holds 4 darts just in case she drops one she does not break rhythm. You also see some Canadian dart players do the same or have caulk in their hand cause they are used to it.

Soft tip darts are lame imo. Bigger double and triple segments, electronic board, and plastic tipped darts. The machine flashes at you and keeps score. It's more like a poker machine than a game of darts. Spellman talks about staying in America to keep his game up, playing electronic darts against mainly pub competition (with respect to the worlds best) will NOT help his steel tip game against the best of the best in the UK.
