Gates was lucky I got tired in the semi final. Otherwise that would have been me stinking it up on stream. 🤣 Played both of them that weekend. Alex was just too good all weekend.

Not sure I understand. Is this a professional tournament? Can anyone play even if you are not a professional? If so the professionals play anyone or just professionals?

Sometimes people's cricket strategy seems awfully flawed to me. Granted Danny and Paula were hitting a higher mpd than Joe and Sandy, but in the second game when J&S were only down 21 with Sandy up to throw, why they wouldn't attempt to close the 20 is beyond me. With everything below 17 open for both teams, at that point it's a maybe two mark advantage race to the end. Leaving the 20 open allowed D&P to gain 1 to 2 marks per dart. Even if they threw poorly they would bleed D&S out slowly.

More like what? Where in America would you get thousands of people to show for darts unless the euro players are competing. There’s no USA PLAYERS ranked in the top 64 in the world

Darts in America should be more like overseas. So should the commentary. Tough to watch and listen

Why Branson do you continually close a lower number when you have the point lead instead of closing your opponent's higher number? And why when you took the point lead off the bull and had 2 game winning darts in hand decide to add more points instead of going for the win? Your shot selection needs some rethinking!

Great darts but Brandon's poor strategy in the fifth game was his undoing. He had taken the lead with his first dart in the bull. His choice to throw his last dart at bull instead of closing the 18 led to Spellman wrecking him with that number. Not only that, but Spellman was locked in on the 18s. Make him move to the 15s.
